Staff was extremely helpful for checking in, last minute booked and was able to call them at any point and get help. The room was modern and extremely clean. The location is right by the bus stop and the rooms were quiet. Great for a solo traveller would rebook again.
This “hotel” was absolutely disgraceful. Security and doors are clearly an issue. I “stayed” only long enough to stand out of the rain long enough to ring an Uber to leave which was less than 5 mins after I entered. I immediately requested a refund from hotels.com and advised them to stop selling this hotel. I took the Uber to stay there.
The accommodation is ‘comfy’.. There was only 1 large plate and 1 small side plate, no wiping up cloth and only 1 tea bag, however B&M is literally directly opposite and is open till 8pm there’s also a large Asda 10mins walk to your left as you exit the place. Everything within the accommodation is clean well presented & modern. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Check in was simple. Communication with hosts great. Bathroom is incredibly tiny! But again has everything you need. I would visit again!

Bijou apartment perfectly situated for exploring London. There is a small fridge, microwave and kitchenette which was really handy.
I was lucky enough to be able to check in a little earlier and the communication from the team was excellent. There was some brief emergency maintenance work required during the stay and this was communicated well with guests.
The room was clean, tidy and well maintained. Plenty of towels provided. It’s situated close to a supermarket and other shops, all within walking distance.
Only issue was that it did smell quite strongly of cigarette smoke when I arrived as the windows were open and I think there were people smoking in the courtyard below. I would however happily stay again, due to the good location and helpful staff.

The property was nice but there was a lot of hair on our bedding, the shower gel was empty and the smell of the drains was really bad, it disturbed our sleep. It was really noisy when other guests went toilet and flushed so that kept waking us up.
ope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding an issue I encountered during my stay in room 5
Unfortunately, the toilet in the room had a persistent and unpleasant odor that made my stay uncomfortable. Despite trying to ventilate the bathroom, the smell lingered and affected the overall quality of my experience.
I trust that maintaining a clean and odor-free environment is a priority for your establishment, and I believe this issue might need immediate attention to ensure other guests do not face the same problem.
I kindly request that you address this matter and consider compensating me for the inconvenience caused. I have otherwise appreciated the other aspects of your service and hope this can be resolved promptly.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

Not particularly nice
It wasn’t a good start. I couldn’t check in until after 4pm. The cleaner was behind schedule. Then I received a phone call telling me the room I had booked the previous guest had left there luggage in there and they were going to put me in another room. Then the key code for
My room didn’t work and I was on the phone to a helpful lady who eventually got me in. The room was in the basement or as they call it lower ground floor. The whole place was claustrophobic. My room was a very narrow hallway/kitchen to a fold down bed which was surprisingly comfortable. There was a fold down table which hadn’t been wiped and had a sticky stain on it. The were some hangers to hang your clothes on. The room was very hot even with the radiator off. The worse was the tiniest bathroom ever. I hit my head on the light I’m 6’2” you kind of have to lean over the toilet to get to the worlds smallest sink. The shower I managed to squeeze into. Be warned the water pressure is enough to take your skin off. It’s very very powerful and dangerous. This needs to be looked at.
