amazing service, friendly and helpful staff, big room, clean bathroom which is usable by 2 people at once, good shower. big tv with satellite and bluetooth connection, comfortable bed, plenty of storage space and multiple mirrors, a desk space. overall very happy and would definitely recommend ans woukd stay again.

I enjoyed this day. The staff was very friendly at times. It got busy and they didn’t have enough people to wait on the customers at the bar, but all in all it was OK food The breakfast served leftovers from the day before

Lovely hotel but under construction
Booked last December for husbands 60th birthday surprise for show, was very disappointed on seeing that the hotel was completely wrapped and surrounded by scaffolding as booked this hotel as stated great views across london, if I’d known it was under construction I would’ve booked nearer the venue. But the hotel was lovely and clean and the staff excellent

Second time here but never again. Was not advised when I booked that the hotel was under major construction. Upon arrival poor signage to find the hotel entrance. Management said that was thw contractors fault.The bar services were limited. We moved rooms due to the noise. BUT the management stepped up with a perk. Two free drinks total for a 4 day stay- that was the ultimate insult.

It saved us literally, we were supposed to go to another hotel and when we got there, they just tell us, there is no room for you here. So the Holiday Inn was perfect, marvelous breakfast

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast as of a good standard and there was a good choice. We were unaware of renovations being done prior to the stay, so surprised on arrival to find the building completely covered in scaffolding. Reception service and bar service left a lot to be desired.

The property was covered in scaffolding and a covering. No access to the front door we had to use side fire exit. There was one small notice telling us to use side entrance. It would of been a good idea to inform us of the work being done. The staff were welcoming and friendly, food was excellent.

Not a holiday at the holiday inn!
Room was not clean, table sticky and hairs not belonging to me in bathroom and on pillow. Major works going on and side entrance didn’t feel safe. Very noisy in the am due to works

The recepcionista Ioana was so mean when confronting an issue. She forgot we are the customers, there was an issue of a teddy Bear missing from the room that my daughter bougjt with her savings over there, she was so happy.. and it disapear from there, we never took it out from there… si Ioana the Romaninan receptionist couoe not handle the situation and got angry, I never said the Maid was a thief, she assumed that. I dais Just vanished like that? Cleaning perssonel Must check sheets and Everything before taking it out. In other way Joseph and miss K were awesome help! Obly Ioana the romanían receptionist does not knows how to handle situations . In room accomodations the rooms are so small, the mattress from couch was so in BAD condition from Two rooms, 411 and 106. That is not a Holiday inn signature… i didnt recomend it, Also it is soo far from Heathrow AirPort and far from every place.
