Great service from the staff. Very welcoming and accomodating throughout our stay. The room was big and clean. The tube was only 5mins away, very convenient. There's also shops/pub across the road to grab some food. Lovely hotel.

I like the location to tube stops and restaurants. I did not care for the bathroom shower/toilet/sink separation. I did not care for the automatic illumination when using shower/toilet doors, I'd prefer to be able to enter then close door and turn on lights as to not disturb other room guests mid sleep
