Expedia says the property is 1.3 miles from Heathrow which is true if you happen to be a bird. It takes 6.5 miles to and £25.00 to get there each way. Pretty building but the inside could use some reorganizing but friendly and helpful inn keeper

We arrived at the guest house at 8 am after a 10-minute Uber ride from LHR. We could store our luggage and freshen up before heading into London. After a short walk to the bus station, we continued to the train for the trip into central London. About a one-hour trip. The area is clean, quiet and friendly. Sharon cooked us the best breakfast we had in London, There are two pubs just around the corner for the local fare and pints. We enjoyed our stay and shared the breakfast room with other travelers.

I chose the Inn based on the location being near Heathrow. The GPS didn’t get me to the right spot at first, but once I found it, it was easy to check-in and they provide parking. The room was large with a nice bathroom. The bed was comfortable. I didn’t have breakfast because I was heading to the airport, but the dining area was clean and had a Victorian vibe like you’d find in an old house. Sarah was pleasant and helpful. I recommend!

This property is incredible, the rooms are well stocked with a refrigerator, microwave, and kettle as well as tea and coffee. The property itself is absolutely stunning and feels exactly how you’d expect an English BNB to feel. The house owner was so kind, incredibly helpful, and made breakfast for us in the morning alongside one of the best cups of coffee i’ve ever had. I would go back here in a heartbeat. Even if you’re just stopping for a night coming through Heathrow it’s absolutely worth your stay to visit. Cannot recommend enough.

The place was well maintained except for dirty breakfast plates which were still on the dining table when we arrived in the afternoon, and our room was comfortable and very clean. Parking was convenient and proximity to Heathrow Airport was great. The two complaints we had would be about the staff (manager). We arrived 10 minutes before check-in and rang both doorbells, knocked, and called the phone number to no avail. Finally banged on the knocker several times and she finally answered. She was slurring words and staggering some! We realized she had been in the back drinking wine. She asked us to come back in 30 minutes. Additionally, we set a breakfast time for 9:00 the next morning. When we got to breakfast the table was still dirty from other guests' plates. We waited for 10 minutes and then looked around and called for the manager. We never found her and basically got no breakfast, which had been included in our room price. Talking to another couple this (no breakfast) happened to others the day before us.

Was emailed by the property on the day of check in stating that I couldn’t be accommodated. I did call to discuss but the response with apathetic at best. It’s a pity as I like to spend my money at independent businesses. However, looks like PremierInn will benefit from my regular stops at Heathrow.

I stayed in this hotel before I had a long (15 hours) flight the next day. The location and room were okay. However, the shower was cold and there was no hair dryer, so I couldn’t have a shower before the long flight even though I paid an expensive price (nearly £90). I texted and called to the hotel but nobody answered. In addition, even though there was a teacup, there was no kettle, so I couldn’t boil water. If the price was more affordable, I wouldn’t have complained much, but the stay wasn’t worth the price at all. I was so disappointed and I won't stay at this hotel again.
