On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout
My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay.
Less than 10 mins walk to prestigious Parsons Green/ Fulham - quiet green street, minutes away from Fulham’s community- and night- life. House is overlooking South Park with a range of sport facilities, playground and cafe and 1 min from Wandsworth Bridge Road boosting cafe’s, shops, restaurant, wine bars, pharmacy, butcher, beauty salons, bars etc, plus only 5 mins walk to Parsons Green w famous White Horse Pub and New Kings Road with it’s many shops, restaurants and cafes.
In less then 10 mins guests arrive at the Thames river path to stroll to Imperial Wharf or further into Kensington or to ge west toward Bishop’s Park and Putney.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
