It is located on the lower ground floor with stair access. Whether you're a history buff, a foodie, or a shopping enthusiast, our studio caters to all. The peaceful surroundings offer a welcome retreat after a day of exploring, and the excellent transport links make it a strategic choice for your London stay.
It is designed with open living, dining, sleeping and kitchen areas. The living space features a comfortable king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, an armchair, and a door leading onto a furnished garden entrance, perfect for unwinding. The TV doesn't have access to channels or streaming apps, but it is equipped with an HDMI cable, allowing you to connect a laptop or other device for viewing.
The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.
The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including a bathtub. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.
The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
The property is currently surrounded by scaffolding due to ongoing exterior work.

Note: Kindly note that the heating and hot water cannot be operated simultaneously with the cooking appliances. To switch between the two, there is a clearly labelled switch located in the living room for your convenience.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
