First, it was impossible to get into this property when I arrived during checkin hours. The doorbell wasn’t working but there was no sign about that. And no phone number on the listing. After I finally started banging on the door a cleaning person let me in. There was no front desk or obvious staff during the entire stay.
My wife even called Expedia to try to reach someone and even THEY couldn’t find a phone number to call!
Next, once I got in- no one was around to give information or answer questions. No fridge in the room, just a huge fridge in the kitchen area. I was never sure if food I put in there would be there the next day.
Room was very warm, hard to sleep, with no temp control.
Traffic noise made it difficult to sleep also. Bathroom light was automatic when you opened the door, which was a problem during the night bec there was no off switch.
First morning, there was no breakfast out at all. I rummaged! Next days, breakfast was carb heavy, no protein except some yogurt. No eggs and no one there to ask about it. And it was unclear where to sit and eat- no table, just a counter area.
All in all, not a great stay, mostly because of the lack of communication and the lack of staff to address any requests.
