Wonderful staff, the room was very warm and comfortable! Shared bathroom and kitchen were clean too! It felt like more like a large house than a hotel, which might be great for some. The staff had every possible amenity I required and I'm grateful for the extended stay despite my late check in. Just be aware that as it's close to the high street (not necessarily a bad thing), you might get the odd busy traffic noise near you. Good, decent place to sleep for the night for a decent price.

Does what it says on the tin! Needed a place to stay for a night after a festival. Can’t argue with the price, nice and cheap especially for London. The staff member on the desk was very friendly and helpful.

We were Immediately upgraded by Walid. A very friendly welcome and seemed to be on duty 24/7. It is somewhere ok to get some sleep. Shared toilet and bathroom off putting> However Walid made up for the lodges short comings with his warm welcome

My stay at the hotel was a pleasant one for what to expect for the cost. The shower could do with better cleaning... Overall friendly and accommodating staff. Easy access to transport and local shops.

The room was too small, not as big as what was seen on the website. The bed couldn't conveniently contain two people. However, Mr Peter, the receptionist that received us, gave us excellent customer service. He made us feel at home. Kudos to him.

It’s good . Booked for a room with private toilet but had a little problem but was changed for a room with shared bathroom, staffs there were very friendly and helpful. Can’t complain much. Room was very neat and clean.

The staff were very helpful but the bed mattress really uncomfortable and the shared bathroom in need of decorating and modernising. The disappointment was the pictures advertising the property is very misleading I actually thought there was a garden area with seating in fact it was very overgrown and very uninviting. A lot of money paid for this budget hotel for 1 night.

Hotel worse than a refugee camp
Horrible place - nothing like it looked on-line and didn’t even bother staying for the second pre-paid night, it was such an ordeal! Felt like there were fleas in the bed and woke up with a rash - avoid at all costs if you value your health and sense of good judgement!
