Great location! Check in was easy with good communication throughout. Met at the property by a friendly member of staff and much earlier than expected. Overall a good stay, only inconvenience is luggage storage after you check out.

Very nice grounds and comfortable place. Great location for walking or using the Tube. Very loud at night outside since there are many bars/restaurants on the streets below it. I would recommend thicker windows and providing tissue and washcloths in the bathroom. Thanks for a nice stay!

Good stay
Hotel was great, just what we needed in close proximity to all of the things we were doing. Only complaint is the shower.. no water pressure at all and absolutely scalding hot no matter how much you tried to adjust the temperature.

Excellent location easy walk from Covent Gatden and Leicester Sq. you do have to go to another Cove apartment to collect keys and Cove St Martins not the easiest to find with maps it’s in between Bills and Dishoom in The Yard. Apartment was great for space but is very hot and with it being in such a busy area it is noisy. Apartment has everything you need with free tea coffee and milk provided

The property was clean, spacious, practical, and in a great location close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. What I didn’t like was that there was no air conditioning in the unit and was very hot the week we were there. Also the bathroom had poor ventilation due to a lack of a fan.

We had a delightful stay at the St. Martin’s property! The apartment is gigantic by European standards, and had a lovely cross-breeze with the patio doors & window open! It is also central to many theatres, great shopping/restaurants, and the metro. We had a couple hiccups with checkin that the Cove team was able to quickly resolve. As I expect is typical in Europe, the washer/dryer left the clothes rather damp. But the drying rack in the closet served its function :-). Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect London stay
We had a fantastic stay at this apartment, the location is central, just a few minutes walk from Covent Garden. Communication re check in/key pick up was clear and we had no problem collecting the key and finding the apartment. Spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend.

The property was great. It was clean, spacious and communication was never an issue. The location was perfect…close to restaurants, shopping and pubs. We only had a few small issues such as the wifi being inconsistent despite managements efforts to fix. Also, it can be a little bit loud at night on the weekends. Overall, a great place and one I highly recommend. We can’t wait to go back.

Great location!
Very nice central location - everything to see is right below the flat! The flat was clean, tidy, and Cove St Martin tried to accommodate all of our requests. Thank you! The only drawback would be that the beds are uncomfortable.

Everything about the property was fantastic. Location, checkin/out process, safety, cleanliness The bed was slightly over used and the toilet bowl was slightly loose at unit on 4th floor. The windows self locks at a certain time at night which was a bit strange but then is accessible in the morning.

The location is great, with restaurants, shopping, and theater all close by. The accommodations are spacious. But it just wasn't clean. We considered buying a Hoover and some Lysol to clean it up. Requests for a cleaning went nowhere.

We stayed in a three bedroom apartment which was perfect for our family trip with the grandparents. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We loved having the kitchen and living area for our group of 7. It made our trip a lot more relaxed and enjoyable. There are lots of restaurants in walking distance. It’s also easy walking distance to multiple tube stations to take you anywhere you want to go in London! We liked because so close to the theatres as well. It made me wish we had booked more shows! This apartment truly made our time in London more enjoyable!

I didn't like that I had to go to another property to pick up keys. It would be very easy to have a set up similar to the Arne street location for key pickup. The pull out couch mattress was very thin and you could easily feel the springs. Layout was of apartment was very good. Wifi was spotty. Water from the shower got on the floor very easily and there needs to be a fan in the bathroom. Balcony was great.
