Summary:
This is a lovely cosy apartment in the heart of the Kings Cross/Clerkenwell/Amwell Triangle area. It has a spacious open plan kitchen living room. One of the bedrooms is ensuite and the second bathroom has a full size bathtub. This is a rare property in Kings Cross with it's own private garden and entrance all on the groundfloor with no steps.

The Space:
Newly carpeted and painted the apartment has a fresh and new feel about it. All on the ground floor with its own entrance this apartment has a wonderful open plan lounge kitchen. It also has two good size bedrooms with the master having a king size and ensuite. The second bedroom is a double and the 2nd bathroom has a full sized bath. You also have access to your own private garden with the possibility of al fresco dining.

Guest Access:
You will pick up the key from a shop close to Kings Cross Station - Nisa Convenience, 153 Kings Cross Road, WC1X 9BN. You will receive a pick up code just before check in.

The Neighborhood:
Kings Cross is a reinvigorated part of central London. The area directly around the station is vibrant with new restaurants and shops. There are often film and performance event in the open spaces in this, the Coal Drop Yard area. You have the stylish Exmouth Market not far away with more wonderful eating options.
At this apartment you are also close to the desirable Amwell triangle with its boutique shops and stylish cafes and parks. Within walking distance is the Sadler’s Wells Theatre (10 mins). Great Ormond St Hospital is a 10 minute walk. The British Museum is 15 minutes walk.

Getting Around:
Kings Cross is the transport hub in London. You can take a tube to every corner of London as there is the Piccadilly, Victoria, Circle Line, Northern Line ( Bank branch), Hammersmith & City Line & Metropolitan Line. You can even get to Paris in a couple of hours!!

The apartment was pleasant. The kitchen had everything we might need.We were grateful there were a few staples-sugar,salt and pepper. As a coffee drinker it would be nice to know ahead what kind of coffee maker to expect. We enjoyed the backyard area.There are a few nearby trees that had very happy birds chattering. There was a glitch with the check in.The keys are at a local shop.The code we were given was incorrect. Thankfully the owner was reachable and it was resolved.For check out the keys get returned to the same shop. It was closed but we figured out an alternative-and again the owner reachable. We would stay there again.
