Pros - Excellent communication from staff prior to stay as well as during, Pod was spacious and I liked that you could altar the air con to your personal needs rather than a set temp for every guest and liked that the pod gave you an added level of privacy you don't get with regular hostels. Cons - Only 1 Shower between the 12 guests, pods can be quite noisy, you hear every time one of the other guests gets in or out of there's as very creeky. Guests extremely loud in the common room this morning talking very loudly, would benefit having a staff member on site for things like that.

This was a nearly perfect place to stay for a quick work trip. Coworking, capsules, and bathrooms all very clean, staff had great communication (instruction videos were super helpful). The massage chair is a great bonus. Nearby restaurants, shops, and a 10min walk to the train. This was my first time staying in a shared space like this, and I was a little distraught to find out that though capsules should lock, mine did not and they were unable to solve this problem until the next day (after I checked out). This is the only reason for 4 stars and not 5. However, despite the place being fully booked, everything was safe, comfy and relatively quiet. Other guests were friendly, and surprisingly with 12 capsults and 2 bathrooms, there wasn't ever a wait. I'd definitely stay here again.

Quiet, comfortable, clean
Capsules are clean and comfortable, bathroom and kitchen area are also clean. Lovely range of herbal teas, regular tea and coffee free to use, and a bottle of water, earplugs and a small towel to use - so bring a larger towel if you prefer. It all looks and feels very space age! And I love the slippers you get on arrival. Its great that you can lock your capsule door, whereas in other capsule hotels you can’t. I love the massage chair which is free to use! It’s very quiet here and I got a good nights sleep.

Everything about this property was fantastic. The place was totally spotless. The Staff were amazing and so very helpful. After having a mini stroke upon my arrival and needing extra support and nights they were more than helpful. It feela like you're in your own bubble, whilst being in the shared space! Earplugs and earphones are provided for your comfort. The towel although washed, still had black/grey stains on it. Also, there is no aircon in the capsule, merely a ventilator. Perfect place if you arrive or depart during the odd hours! Or just in London to party for a night and need a place to sleep.
