The room floors are sloping and this causes the beds to slope to one side. It’s impossible to have a good night’s sleep as you slide while sleeping and constantly wake up.

Great location, two blocks from subway or a short walk to the bus. Also two blocks from Queensway street, with a lot of alternatives if you're hungry. Breakfast served, not the fanciest one, but definetly enough to keep you going for a couple of hours. The room was a little small, but it didn't bother us. The bathroom was also small, but seemed new and was clean. Will consider the hotel if I return to London.

As the lift was not yet in service, I found the stairs tiring but not a problem. Perhaps at breakfast, large plates would be better to accommodate the meat, cheese, toast etc. Food was good and the assistant was helpful.
