Very poor for a four stay
The staff were not helpful which is probably through lack of training. We checked in and used the car park (which we were not informed was owned by a third party). On the second night the car was broken into which we reported to the police all we got from the hotel was nothing to do with us even though we spoke to the duty manage (who was the housekeeper manager). In the evening we had gone to the bar for a drink, asked for a Barcardi but was told they had not had that for a few days. Asked for an orange juice they did not have that either (although we had it for breakfast that morning and the next morning). After departure we realised we had left a mobile in the room. We have phoned on more than one occasion and e mailed and today 26/3/20 still have not been able to get the phone sent to us (we do now have an e mail saying you can come and pick up have they not heard about the governments stay at home advice)
