Terrible Experience

This was a terrible experience. It was very, very challenging to get check-in instructions, with repeated requests for me to send photos of my ID but with no email to send the photo to. I was not provided with a welcome guide for internet, etc., until I personally requested it. The unit was dirty, there was a ceiling leak in the kitchen, and there was only clean (somewhat clean) bedding for one bed. The pull out sofa in the living room had food crumbs all over it. Terrible experience, and we had to leave the unit after one night as it was not comfortable for us to stay for our vacation.
