Well set out spacious, self-contained 1 bedroom, APT, bathroom, great garden with park opposite in beautiful SW London, 60m2 (inc. garden).

Easy for central London & Heathrow.


Fully equipped for self-catering. We provide laundered & ironed linens, towels, tea towel, toiletries, tea, coffee & sugar with baby cot, (no bedding) & high chair for the little ones.

My apartment is not all inclusive. If items, for example, such as the kitchen paper run out during your you will need to replace it (If you require more).

If you require two (2) separate beds for the 2 people staying in the apartment (bedroom double bed + sofa bed) then there will be an additional fee to pay for the 2nd bed linens.


If you are three (3) people we provide 2 double beds, (bedroom double bed, living double sofa bed). These are included in the booking price.


Our Apartment:
The apartment provides many essential items to ensure you have a hassle free start to your stay. Do remember this is not all inclusive. Items provided on arrival may require replenishment during your stay. If they do the run out you will only need to replace them. If you need them during your stay. We will replace them after your stay.

The dimensions are, inside - 550sq feet (50sq mtrs) & back garden - 120sq feet (11sq mtrs).


The apartment is maintained by our Housekeeper & Co-ordinator extraordinaire, who prepares it immediately after the guests check out and it’s therefore available 24/7.


I use a safe key system for storing the apartment keys, which means you have no hassle access regardless of your time of arrival. The key safe area is monitored by CCTV for your safety & security.


We are available 24/7 if you have any urgent needs, which you must address immediately. I provide full mobile, email and contact details once you’ve booked the apartment.

Guest Access:
The apartment located West Kensington, is on the lower ground floor and was redecorated in 2024. Access is through a private front door from the Street, which leads you directly into the apartment. We have a night light for those arriving after dark.


There are six steps from street level to the apartment front door. So those with disabilities, arriving with prams, wheel chairs or heavy luggage may find the apartment does not suit you. Please ask me for more information before booking.


Once inside access to all room is on same level, apart from the bedroom to the kitchen, which has one step down. There are six steps from the patio area outside the kitchen up into the garden.

The apartment has a shower unit, which has one low step to enter.


Access to the apartment is obtained through a set of keys, which are stored in a key safe close to the front door and easily accessible for guests. The key safe and front door are monitored by CCTV for your security.


Details for these are provided once the booking is confirmed and well in advance of your visit.

Guests Interaction:
My approach is providing you, the guest, with the freedom you require to fully enjoy your stay. In advance of your arrival I will provide you with a ‘welcome pack’ that sets our contact details, how to get to the apartment when you arrive in London and what you need to know about the apartment when you arrive.


On arrival I can meet you at the apartment, if requested. If you’d rather the privacy & intimacy to enter the apartment on your own we’ll respect your request. After you’d checked in please do contact us via text or what’s app message to confirm all is well or ask any initial questions.


The morning after arrival:
The morning after you arrive, I will email you to check all is well, all is set up as you requested and ask if you have any questions for me.


Attending the apartment:
During your stay Maddy or I may need to attend the apartment (change light bulb, fix toilet, check a fixture or fitting, et al). This rarely happens. We will provide you with 24hrs notice, only enter when you are there and do so between the hours 09h30 – 18h30. Unless you request a time outside of this.


Emergencies:
In the case of emergencies, we or the emergencies services will enter the apartment immediately with a little disturbance as possible. We will make every effort possible to contact you first


Medium & long stay booking – mid stay service:
For guests booking for 10 nights are more we will provide a mid-stay clean during stay, after night seven (7). The mid-stay clean will take place during the day (10h00–18h00). This is a pre-requisite for stays of 10 nights or more. This is a complimentary service, which we provide for you.


Contacting me:
During your stay do contact us at any time if you have any questions. On the morning of check out please let yourselves out and leave the keys in the safe. Our Housekeeper will arrive on or around 11h00 to undertake our check-out requirements. We’ll contact if we have any concerns or find any personnel items belonging to you. Please have a safe onward journey.


Très important:
Please remember parties or gathering are not permitted. Our security team will enter the apartment, if needs be, to stop them.


Other Things to Note:
The apartment is available for short, medium or long-term letting and ideally suits business people, visitors, small groups or families with young babies or children on holiday. You can book for short, medium and long term rental periods. I really don’t mind.

We had a great stay at Andrew’s property. It was well appointed and perfectly located with good shops on North End Road. Three tube stations within walking distance. Will definitely stay again next time we are in London.

Amazing host and close to 3 tube stations
We recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely flat in London, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly helpful and communicative. They provided clear instructions and even sent over videos to give me a virtual tour of the flat, which made settling in a breeze. Upon arrival, we found the flat to be just as described—cozy, clean, and well-equipped. I did encounter a minor issue with the shower not draining properly, but I reached out to the host and they had it fixed in no time. Their quick response truly exceeded my expectations! The location was perfect for exploring the city. I loved being within walking distance of three different tube stations, making it easy to get around. After a day of sightseeing, it was wonderful to return to such a comfortable and welcoming space. Overall, we highly recommend this flat to anyone visiting London. The host’s attention to detail and commitment to ensuring a great stay made all the difference. I would definitely book here again!

Perfect Place for a London Stay
Wonderful stay in a quiet part of central London. Easy access to Underground, buses, etc. Andrew is a consummate host and truly cares for your welfare. All is clean inside and items are labelled if you need hair dryer, etc...we loved it here and enjoyed it very much. PS the patio is lovely if you like sitting outside...clean and accessible for a nice place to sit in the morning for coffee or in the evenings. Thanks for a great stay and memorable time in London! The flat was clean and relatively close to the tube. The neighborhood has limited food options and the pubs nearby were quite hot and busy. Granted it was quite warm during our visit. The only real issue we had was on the last night there was quite a lot of very intoxicated people in the park across the street that were screaming and yelling from 7:00 PM until shortly after 11:00. Otherwise, everything else was good 👍

Amazing stay!
We had an amazing 5 night stay! Andrew is a thoughtful and gracious host, and he provided extra touches that made us feel welcome and comfortable. The location is lovely, safe, and close to grocery stores, restaurants and other amenities. We used the West Brompton station, a pleasant ten minute walk away, to travel into London. It was nice to be able to retreat to quiet surroundings after being in the hustle and bustle of the city. Thank you, Andrew for an unforgettable experience! Would gladly stay here again.

Great little flat in Fulham
Just as described in a great little neighbourhood. Park across the street was handy with kids. We were happy to get out of the busy downtown and wish we had more time to explore Fulham during our stay. Proprietor was very responsive and helpful with all our inquiries. No complaints!

Our stay at 68 Bramber was great! The location is perfect, just a short distance to central London, and a quick walk to grocery stores, shopping & pubs!. The flat was perfectly sized for us, and our host was very responsive to any issues we encountered - once we communicated with him. I highly recommend this location, and hope to visit again in the future.

The property manager for this stay was top notch! Andrew was on top of every detail of our stay, including a free taxi ride to the flat from Gatwick (a perk for stays of longer than 7 days), details on getting into the flat (with the option of having a housekeeper stop by to show us how to work things), setting up a baby cot as requested for when our granddaughter visited, providing detailed information on everything in the apartment, and providing lots of information on things to do, both London-wide and in the immediate vicinity. The flat was well-equipped and well-maintained, and we had everything we needed. The bed was quite comfortable, and the furnishings were high quality. The kitchen had everything we needed. The back-yard garden was lovely, and was a great place for our toddler granddaughter to blow off little energy. We'll look to book this flat again when we're next in London.

Great apartement in London!
We had a nice stay in this apartement! Great communication with Andrew- the host- before , during and after the booking even if we didn't meet . Two underground stations within walking distance ( 10 minutes) as well as buses . Supermarkets and lots of shops in the neighbourhood. The location was spacious enough and well- equipped . We also found tea , coffee, as well as towels and toiletries as described in the ad. We enjoyed having dinner in the back garden after a day out in the city. Thanks , Andrew!
