Nope, just nope
Run down, dirty and uncomfortable. I had booked a week but could not stomach more than one night. I wanted to leave as soon as I saw the room but we’re too tired after traveling over 10 hours. The front desk agent was good and apologetic and offered to see another room but given the conditions of the room I stayed in, I doubt another would’ve been any better. The curtains were broken with a film of dust over them, I was afraid to walk barefoot from the shower to the bed. I’m not too picky but it was disgusting. I haven’t pursued a refund, which I think I should be entitled, minus the used night, but even if I was not to get a refund, you could not pay me to stay there.

Worn down and breakfast scam
The hotel is on an excellent location. Close to multiple bus stations and the Underground. That's about it when it comes to positives. Breakfast - although we paid for them, were no longer served. They just waved their hands that hotels.com is guilty for not changing it at the website. The towels were changed daily but the floor and bed sheets were not so clean. The rooms were extremely small. There was no microwave. The shower was behind a door which looked like a closet. I cannot really recommend this property. We had no issues, but it was definitely not the most pleasant stay.

Central heating works but still room was cold. tv was not working. toilet door will not close. Location is ok for someone traveling, on a main road. Not easy to find parking space. Room condition is clean.

Friendly place to stay
The staff were very friendly, 24-hour reception and I felt very safe there. It was supposed to be with breakfast but I was told that they'd stopped doing breakfast. Bus stop right outside the door and tube only a 7-minute walk. In fare zone 2 for bus, underground.

Good price, but you get what you pay for. Issues with cleanliness in the room and some facilities not working but overall it did the job and was cheap. The staff were nice, check-in was easy.

Great, except breakfast
I checked in and discovered the hotel doesnt do breakfast anymore (hotel has told booking sites). Very clean, had no problems whatsoever and there was an added bonus of a fridge, microwave, and sink in my room! Would stay again if needed to be in that area again! Theres also a bus stop almost right outside, a vorner shop and very nice Chinese just down the road.

Avoid here. Kensington suite hell!!!!
How come this hotel scored over 6...? Dirty, filthy, i feel awful...w So horrible night !!! Was lucky to stay only a night. Very thin wall, super small room, super xs toilet,,,super thin dirty blanket,,,tooo much used dirty towels, i found blonde hair on the bed...yuk cant open the curtain, so depreseed night..why did i book here You must avoid here

Hotel looks old and worn, needs updating. Was surprised to find a fridge, microwave, kettle and sink (not working) in the wardrobe. Twin room with only 1 coffee cup and 1 glass in bathroom. Bedding was clean. Room served its purpose but very basic.
