Facts: Airy , Bright open plan living area with High Ceilings
lower ground location, ULTRA SAFE.
washing machine, separate dryer, dishwasher, kettle, full cooker.
Elegant cutlery, nice utensils etc- The flat has everything
We decorate at least twice a year as we use it ourselves.

ADVERSE INFORMATION:
1. It is 40sqm ----- Not 100 sq m not 200 not 300!
2. The bedroom has a Blind and curtain- hence a bit darker - The reason behind it: Travel a lot, Can only sleep when its dark. You can wind them up if you wish
3.No pretentious descriptions here----- what you see is what you get.


Good stuff
1.We will bring and leave outside the door cup cakes and pastries.
2.If you are staying for longer than 1 week we will be provide weekly housekeeping service and fresh linen and towels Weekly
3.. We will make sure that there will be flowers, fruit , toiletries, eggs, milk, mineral water, coffee, teas yoghurts and a bottle of wine !
4..We will respond as soon as we can to all your needs




( It was bought for our eldest daughter when she was 16 !!! 16 years later All our 3 daughters have lived there at some moment individually )

We found this accommodation to be in a great location to get around with ease - 3 stops on the train to Westminister. Sloane Square is a lovely town with some boutique shopping. The owners were very friendly, accessible and easy to deal with. They were also helpful with suggestions on where to eat and some places to visit. Would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone.

Snug in delightful place
As advertised, a snug, vest pocket apt that is wonderfully appointed and fully enjoyable. Only surprise was that is under-street level with stairs from street to door. Might be made clear in description.

Sloane Square in Chelsea is a very special location. The flat is very nice and functions very well, on a very nice street. So close to all sorts of wonderful shops, restaurants, etc. etc. and a terrific price/value.

Bright, modern and well located
We loved our stay in this apartment. It's the first time I've stayed in this part of London and it is now my favourite area. Yes, it's a small basement flat, but it's bright, contemporary and well designed, and had everything we needed. We also found it to be great value for this location. The fresh flowers and fruit were a lovely touch. The owners were helpful and responsive at what was a difficult time for them. When we noticed there was no toaster they very quickly bought a new one and dropped it off for us. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Bijou place. The owners greeted us at the tube station and made sure we were comfortable at the place. The pantry and refrigerator were nicely stocked, and we had food for the first few days, super thoughtful. Mid-week kids received a treat of cupcakes from the owners. Overall, great place, a wonderful location. If I am ever in London, will definitely consider staying there again.

Lovely flat, that is the perfect size. Great location for ease in getting around London. Great neighborhood feel, Sloan Square is close, Duke of York Square is even closer and great people watching. The flat is warm and welcoming and so are the hosts! It’s beautifully decorated and maintained. Arriving to a stocked fridge and bottle of wine was a wonderful touch after a long, late flight. You won’t be disappointed. We will definitely book again!

Nous avons adoré.Très bonne qualité prix. Très propre,moderne,lit très confortable et lumineux.Il y a des rideaux dans la chambre qui laissent pas passer la lumière.On peut faire la grasse matinée si on arrive tard la veille après un long voyage comme c’était notre cas.Les propriétaires se soucient vraiment de leurs clients.Non seulement on arrive dans une très belle location mais aussi on trouve de différents choix de lait,fruits et fleurs fraîches. Hôtes fantastiques,très polis et engagés.Un grand Merci Chloé!

Location, location, location!
This property is located just off Sloan Square which may be the best location in London. It's also a tremendous value. The host is charming and makes sure that every one of your requests is granted. He furnished the flat with fresh flowers, fresh fruit, yogurt, coke, water, and even a candy bar. It is a basement flat, so it's somewhat dark, although it has abundant lighting. It's just hard to beat the price and the location.

Christian was wonderful. Met us early and spent a lot of time showing us around the flat and acquainting us with the neighborhood. Easy walk to Hyde Park and the Sloan Street underground station. Would come back in a heartbeat

Very safe , fantastic location , and surprisingly high ceilings . I found the apartment to be very clean with a comfortable large bed and nice linen. The fridge was stocked with milk fruit coffee. Stylish bijou in beautiful Chelsea SW3
The apartment is very stylish and cosy, exactly as described and located within a walking distance to Harrods, Sloane street and kings road. Chloe is a great host , the apartment was very clean and the mattress is very comfy Will be back soon

Great location and a good value but....
The very small unit itself leaves a lot to be desired with respect to its furnishings and decor. The small bathroom has an oddly shaped combination tub/shower with the height of the tub making getting in and out difficult, at least for these seniors. Also, one must stand in the tub to fully access the washer and dryer which is at the foot of the tub. The living room area lacks a rug which would have been a nice addition considering the cool temperature this time of the year. This photograph needs to be changed as it does not show the unit as it is currently furnished, the flooring and furniture are now different. In summary, while we were disappointed in the property it is a great Sloane Square location at a reasonable rental rate. A good safety feature to add to the property would be a motion sensor light that would be activated when walking down from the top of the outside stairs. It is difficult at night to see the steps when descending. The current motion activated light turns on only after reaching the bottom of the stairs.

Wonderful visit to London!! Would come back.
Great location. Owner met us upon our arrival. Great space for our family of three. Pullout futon/bed is ok for one adult/teenager or two small kids. Everything worked well, including the wi-fi and washer/dryer. Hope to visit again in the future

Great location for a short stay in town
This could not be better for access to tube, shops in a nice part of town(Chelsea/Knightsbridge). Contained all that you need and we were comfortable. It is a basement flat so you give up some light and fresh air, but that is minor. Bathroom and shower a bit crowded so one person at a time! Key asset is location and a quiet street. Hosts were extremely helpful.

I took my son to London as a graduation gift and wanted to stay somewhere homey and local. We could not have been more pleased with this flat. It has just enough to make our stay enjoyable, and is very convenient to transportation to all the sights.

Great Location
The garden flat met all of our expectations and made for a enjoyable 10 days in London. The owner was very flexible on our arrival time and gave us a good informative tour of the property. The location was excellent - just a couple of blocks from the Sloane Square tube stop and many bus routes. We walked to the theatre one night, to the V & A, and back from Westminster once so good walkers have lots of exercise options. We also walked to several excellent restaurants in the area. The street was lovely with 1880's terraced homes and wonderful architecture in every direction. There were several grocery options within a few blocks as well. The facilities in the flat were certainly adequate for us although the mattress was a bit softer than we like. The washer and dryer were welcome.

Fabulous location, great apartment
Kris welcomed us into this great little spot with loads of local tips and very friendly conversation. The apartment was very clean and well appointment, with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable living space. The bed was very comfortable, however the pull-out couch was not very comfortable. We loved being so close to the action and to the Tube, as well as frequent buses accessible nearby. A great choice if you want somewhere central in London!

Close to the action.
A basement flat in Sloane Square very close to Peter Jones. We love the area, so easy for transport buses and tube. Kings Road is great to walk up and down with great shops restaurants etc. The flat itself is lovely, has all you need for a short stay (two weeks for us). The road is a bit noisy but ok. The owners were extremely helpful wjth our needs and we would definitely stay again.

Charming flat in a great location!
This property is on a quiet street out of the hustle and bustle of busy London. Great restaurants and shopping are all within an easy walking distance. Sloane Square station made it easy to travel around London on daily excursions. Equipped with everything you need to relax after a busy day of sightseeing and shopping. Posh location, Ace experience!

Small flat in lovely location
The flat is as advertised; small, decorated tastefully, in a fabulous location, and has all the essentials that make our stays with VRBO worthwhile over a hotel (separate bedroom, washing machine/dryer and kitchen). FYI- they have scaffolding around, and are doing renovations on the three buildings to the right of the flat- which would not be an issue except they were banging and doing construction on it beginning around 7 am each day. Minor annoyance, especially for the first couple days trying to adjust to the time change. Overall the stay was lovely, we felt like locals, and enjoyed the flat as our homebase. Easy access to tube, restaurants, shopping. Quiet neighborhood, other than the construction.
