The location was brilliant to the tube station and where we needed to be. But the apartment is very small, bathroom was tiny. Some smells, extremely noisy. Outside and inside. I wouldn’t stay again. Ideally suitable for one person not two. Thank you.

Very good. More than I expected for the price. Shower was on the small side but they have a seat so was manageable. Was very hot so given it was a hot day they should invested in better fans or air con units but was only one night so I could cope.

Much better than I expected. I travelled on a budget with 2 children and really was pleasantly surprised. Compact and completely sufficient. Not the most comfortable bed but ample for what we needed. I would definitely stay again

Front desk staff was always friendly and helped carry our suitcaaes to our floor. The first room we saw was on main level but wanted something higher for we could leave window open and they kindly allowed us to move. Beautiful area and only a two minute walk to Hyde Park.

Wij mochten in Appartement nr.1 verblijven. Schoon en vriendelijk personeel. We waren bij aankomst veelst te vroeg, maar omdat het Appartement al schoon was, mochten we er al in. Heel dichtbij leuke koffiezaakjes, restaurants en underground Paddington. Ook de supermarkt was op loopafstand.

L’hôtel est très bien situé à deux pas du métro et des commerces idéal si l’on veut visiter Londres. Malheureusement nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de découvrir une souris dans la chambre heureusement le personnel a été réactif et nous a immédiatement changé de chambre. Personnel très sympathique et accueillant.
