From start to finish the stay at Rokxy townhouse was amazing. They were so many little extra touches and thoughtful gestures that made my stay wonderful. The welcome gift was much appreciated and very generous and I also appreciated the breakfast trolley that was delivered the following morning with a pot of tea and some biscuits on amongst other things. The property itself is very trendy and smells lovely when you walk in you get a code before you check in which gives you access to the front door and your room itself and I like that as I felt quite safe as a solo female traveller, the room was very spacious considering it was a single room and I had everything you needed including a wonderful minibar with free contents which I’ve never had before and then upon exiting today I was escorted to the hotel to leave my bag so I was able to go into London Without a heavy bag before I left to return to Derbyshire this was another wonderful gesture and my bag was completely safe. Whenever I return to London, I will be staying here. I will not go anywhere else. It is absolutely outstanding and I highly recommend it.

Staff were lovely Rooms were unique and quirky, awesome wallpaper! I love the personal touch, they hold your bags and take them to the room once ready and they leave notes and snacks if your peckish once you get to the room. I recommend and would stay again.

I had a very poor experience with this hotel. I was blown away with the price of the hotel vs what I got, as I expected something a lot nicer being the most expensive hotel I stayed at in London, yet the worst. The shower curtain was covered with mold as well as the wall around, which explained the smell when I walked into my room. They left an unappealing cucumber sandwich , jar of jam, and some cheap free cans of alcohol which felt like an overcompensation for the issues with the room. I felt so cramped and disgusted, it was not anything like it was sold to me through photos. My only positive was that the hotel did refund me, but I’m sure they were aware of the poor conditions in the room. I would not stay at this hotel, perhaps it was just the one room, however there is nothing positive about staying in a moldy hotel room which was so obvious it was amazing they let it be rented out. A lot of cheaper and better hotels in the area.

Stayed just for one night. It’s a little bit “difficult” to find as there is no clear sign on the building. Inside it’s kept clean, the room was clean a bit worn down in places. Lots of little nice touches from the staff, like personalise invitation and the sandwiches. Also thank you for the tea and biscuits in the morning. I just wish you let us know as we didn’t find them until leaving the hotel. Thank you

While the staff is friendly and accommodating and welcoming, the property is old, creaky, dusty and has no AC. The bed is hard and the sheets are scratchy. The cleaning was non-existent other than doing up the bed; gross clumps of hair left on the floor. The area is also very sketchy with shady looking characters passed out in doorways.

Lovely quirky hotel
Loved this quirky hotel from the second i got in my room... loved the decor, so cool and such homely touches, the little gift which i adore and the cucumber sandwiches... i was in abit of a rush as i was attending a concert in north london, train delays, hadnt eaten... so it was a lovely touch. I slept like a log, bed was so comfy. Loo was the only thing that was crampt. The tea and paper in the morning was a sweet touch. Lots of refreshment options in mini bar, which i needed after getting back late after concert. Strange set up with having a code sent to phone to get in the hotel and for room, never had this before but it worked well, strange not seeing anyone apart from the cleaners... but i guess this is how alot of places work. Will be back xx

Lovely stay
We stayed here for a trip into central London. The suite was perfect, with loads of little personalised quirky touches to enrich our experience. It seems our hosts went out of their way to make everything as tailor made as possible, and they even brought us tea in the morning! The room was quiet and dark and great for a good nights rest. We discovered an awesome cocktail bar within a couple of hundred metres too. Great location to the main station, and easy for underground travel too.
