An enjoyable stay
10 Pembridge Gardens is a lovely little hotel. We stayed for one Sarurday night in a lovely room - small double bed, big beautiful window, good size TV, useful kitchen area and nice, albeit small, bathroom (shower was very good). Good points: clean bedsheets, warm room, quiet hotel, amazing location (right next to Notting Hill Tube Station - can't hear any of the tubes from the hotel). Bad points: man at the hotel desk was not particularly welcoming, also the room could've been cleaner - I noticed some of the mugs still had tea stains and the bin was covered in dirty marks. Would definitely stay here again - amazing hotel for its price, especially due to the location.

Great location, tube and bus route 2mins away, lots to do around Notting Hill and close to Portebello. Had a great 4 nights stay.

Notting Hill Pleasures
Great to be self-catering in such a centrally located yet residential area of Central London. The road itself is impressive - beautiful stately Victorian Town houses on what looks like a major road immediately off Notting Hill yet is surprisingly quiet

The hotel felt a little bleak when i first went in but the room was a pleasent surprise. Reasonably furnished. Good value for money considering the location

great for long stay - but not for business
Location is very convenient. 1 minute from Notting Hill tube station. Neighborhood is brilliant. Building inside is pretty old, needing renovation. Room is quite spacey, has nice kitchen equipped with lots of utensils and has faucet and even dishwasher. But the room is smelly that it makes it hard to breath, for those like me who had asthma. Also my specific room was thoroughly cleaned before I checked in and it caused me a major headache, but the staff was very helpful and moved me to another room. Also in November the heating was not working properly. The good thing – you can open the window, and usually it’s not possible in London’s hotels. They don’t have air conditioning. Also the light is very poor. There are only 2 small lamps by the bed sides. Internet connection was very poor and at times absent at all. It was not possible to work. Also there is no slippers and robe. Bathroom has shower without any walls borders, which I find inconvenient. I will not stay here again.

Excellent location
Its located in a 1-minute walk distance from Notting Hill Gate Underground station, super convenient especially after shopping. Room is a bit small, but the small kitchen is nice if you like to make your own food, and supermarkets are just nearby.

excellent location, good room, not so good shower
A very nice hotel apartment. The room itself nice. The one bedroom apartment was all I needed for my stay. The bedroom was very spacious particularly good for the amount of suitcases and souviners for a 4 month holiday. The kitchenette was very useful for preparing foods and had everything I needed. The small bathroom was very small. The shower had only a small glass panel on one side protecting the door to the bathroom. The water from the shower would get to the toilet and sink directly opposite the shower. Had to use a towel to help stop the water getting everywhere even with a non slip mat. Perhaps another panel to enclose the shower better.... found the lighting in both rooms not useful for putting on make up. Maybe a light above a mirror. Location of the building was perfect for exploring the neighborhood and very close to the tube and bus stations. Having a lift was very important for luggage. I chose this hotel for a few reasons.. minibar for medications that needed refrigeration, a lift for luggage, Location to transport, microwave oven for meals. Was trying save money by cooking myself rather than eating out everyday.

Better hotels for the cost
I stayed in the executive room. Two main issues: the shower is part of the bathroom (a wetroom I think they call it) so you take a shower and the whole bathroom gets soaked and you have to squeegee the floor. And the second issue is the bed was horrible. Double bed with spring poking out all over. Cleaning is also every other day. For the price I should have stayed at a normal hotel with a restaurant and bar etc. This reminds me more of a Extended Stay America.

Great location
Very pleased with the staff and location. Positives: Room was tidied every two days with fresh towels and toiletries. Multiple grocers nearby and kitchenette allowed for easy meal preparation. Very nice neighborhood and tube within a block. Negatives: no A/C, though typical of EU apartments (Portable fan was provided). Bed had some broken springs that could cause discomfort. Shower has no boundary to eliminate water from flooding the bathroom floor. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel in the cooler months, especially if you are accustomed to preparing your own meals.

Lovely Place, Great Staff
This was a lovely hotel, immaculately clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is 1/2 block from Tube and lots of buses, taxis right on corner. The market down the street is wonderful - more antiques/souvenirs then food. My favorite part was Jamie Oliver's Recipease Restaurant/School/Store is one block away. I wish I had know this at the beginning of our stay, it was some of the best food we had...yum! Con: It is far from Heathrow ($120 cab ride)and the city center is a couple of tube changes away. The bed was not comfortable even after changing rooms (#42 was great!) and my poor husband had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. They advertise "comfort sleep mattresses" and that is not the case, they are worn and in need of replacement. Would I stay here again, ABSOLUTELY, because Manu, the Manager, will do his best to make you comfortable. Be specific before you arrive and you will have a lovely stay.

Superb location
Stayed here for the recent Notting Hill carnival. The hotel could not have been better positioned, being only just around the corner from the tube station. The staff were very friendly, we managed to book in 2 hours before check-in time with no problems & at no extra cost. The kitchenette was a nice touch in the room. We also were able to leave our bags at the hotel after check-out the next morning for the day whilst we enjoyed the surrounding neighborhood, again at no extra cost.I would recommend this hotel to family & friends.

Clean, New, Comfortable but small
We stayed at the hotel just for 1 night. The location is great, it is just around the corner from Notting Hill station and there are lots of shops and restaurants to walk to. The hotel was really lovely, with all modern amenities. We were ushered to a room in the basement though, and the room was quite small. The photos made the rooms look very spacious and sunny, but for the price that we payed, we can't really complain. Overall, the service was great and we really don't have much to complain about except for the initial disappointment in seeing the room.

Fantastic hotel!
We booked this hotel as we were visiting the notting hill carnival over bank holiday. We stay in a hotel every year and they are very basic. We were completely shocked when we entered our room, it was absolutely beautiful! It had everything you could possibly need from a washing machine, comfortable bed, amazing shower to a dish washer! The staff were extremely friendly, flexible and helpful. We go to carnival every year and this will most defiantly be the place we will be staying from now on! We can not recommend 10 Pembridge hotel enough.
