Once completed, your GUEST PORTAL will send you an automated message via email providing you access to check-in and check-out instructions and all other details that you may need during your stay. It is a self-check-in process.

A REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT of £250 is required to be paid/preauthorized via the GUEST PORTAL LINK directly from the property within 14 days before the date of check-in. It is will be refunded/released in 7 days from the date of check-out; subject to inspection.
STRICTLY No bachelor/bachelorette parties/hen do/party/gathering/events or loud noise/music related to this. If these rules have been violated, guests will be evicted from the apartment even on the first night and the full amount of the reservation fee + £250 damage deposit will be claimed.
Smoking is strictly not allowed. If this rule is violated the damage deposit of £250 will be claimed.
