"1) there was NO wifi . Despite repated requests the hotel staff didn'd do much. 2) the tea ordered in the room was hopeless. 3) the breakfast was also bad . 4) the room and the hotel was not clean."

"The hotel is really good and food is excellent. The staff is cooperative . One note be very specific regarding room cleaning , you want or not. As I informed the team at reception no room cleaning required but still when we came back from imagica , room was cleaned. Imagicaa is walking distance and hotel is amazing. Fun part cartoon imagicaa performances at the restaurant keep up the feel of the place. "
