Stunning studio apartment located on the ground floor inside the luxury residental complex "Bristol Exclusive", for a holiday up to 3 people.

This wonderful accommodation offers a sublime setting for luxury Lake Garda stays, a peaceful place in which couples and families can feel at home.
Equipped with free Wi-Fi and with an innovative wall heating system throughout, the apartment welcomes guest onto its bright living room and a beautiful view on the pool and the garden of the complex, equipped with a comfortable sofa bed for one person, a double fold-away bed, flat-screen TV, dining table with chairs for 4; fully equipped kitchen with induction cooker hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, juicer and toaster.

The bathroom with shower completes the layout of the apartment.

The complex is provided with 2 pools: one is 1,25 meters deep and the second one is 0,9 meters deep. Both pools are available from 1st of May to 30th of September.
*Guests can easily park their car in the covered parking place within "Bristol Exclusive"

Padenghe is a town on the Brescia side of Lake Garda, surrounded by the green of the morainic hills. This land is the production area of the most important D.O.C. wine from the province of Brescia: the "Garda Classico". The castle of Padenghe sul Garda hosts theatrical companies for interesting evenings, musical groups, historical and folkloristic reenactments that fill delightful evenings after a day spent on the boat or on the beach. This area of Lake Garda also offers many night clubs for the youngest.
There are also long walks, cycle paths, fields, a rich program of events and golden beaches to be enjoyed during the summer season. However, the beaches of Padenghe sul Garda are beautiful in every season, as is the mysterious and romantic old town.

The airports of Verona and Bergamo-Orio al Serio can be reached respectively with a 35-minute and 60-minute drive from the apartment.

Die Wohnung musste 2 x am Boden aufgewischt werden. Beides Mal war der Wassereimer stark verschmutzt. Die Deckenleuchte war stark befallen mit abgestorbenen Fliegen. Die Dusche war verschmutzt und musste ebenfalls von uns gereinigt werden. Die Gebäudeeingangstüre (nicht Wohnungstüre) konnte nicht verriegelt werden, da seit Monaten defekt lt. Aussage der anderen Hausbewohner. Pool stark verschmutzt und wurde daher von uns gemieden. Nebenan wurde ein neues Gebäude errichtet. In der Beschreibung wurde Malerarbeiten mit Gerüst am eigenen Gebäude angezeigt. Bitte kontaktieren Sie mich bezgl. eines nachträglichen Preisnachlasses.
