"I really enjoyed my stay at the Novotel! We were hesitating between a resort and staying right in Kuta, but I am glad we chose the resort. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and great amenities. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. However, I did notice that the toilet bidet hose in my room could use some extra cleaning attention. It’s a small detail, but keeping everything pristine enhances the overall guest experience. Despite this, I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing stay. I’ll certainly be back! "

"Beautiful large grounds with the ocean on two sides, loved staying in the garden bungalow among stunning large trees and well kept flowering plants. Ocean views were spectacular especially from the beach bar area. Fun watching surfers too. The hotel often hosts celebrations, which can be noisy. Music was always too loud. Sadly our stay was also interrupted by tree cutting, again very loud and right beside the pool. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, good food and the pool. "
