"Staff is somewhat pleasant. Some are espetacular, e.g. Aldana and Francisco. Other are average. And a couple of them have no hospitality skills, they are always prepared TO AVOID YOU, especially when a guest clearly needs help. Overall, do not expect a 'Four Season' resort. This is a hoStel, a good one, and above average. There are individual and shared rooms ."

"The only positive about this hostel is that the staff were pleasant and the email communicaiton was clear. Other than that, this place is a dump in need of major upgrade. The common area couches and seats were dingy, sagging and really tired. The bathroom and toilets left a lot to be desired. When I booked this "hotel", I was informed that I had one twin bunk bed. It turns out I was sharing one of 8 bunk beds in the room. The room was full of unwashed body odor. The beds were uncomfortable and...

"Andrea iat front desk s the best, great service, big heart for us travelers. Worst part is i ordered a private room but had to go outside in the closed courtyard down the hall to rhe bsthroom in 40 degree weather at night. The other rooms are indoors.The hotel is in a central area of the best part of town Palermo Soho. "

"Michael was particularly helpful. Rooms were small but adequate. Well located two blocks from San Telmo Market. Tv in public area. Kitchen was bright and inviting. Breakfast for $4 US was decent with fruit and cheese and toast and coffee and tea and milk...Overall very acceptable."

"La atención de la chica fue buena y amble; aunque te cobran por cualquier mancha y me dijeron que una mancha de Rimmel no salía y me la cobraron, pero lo compenso dejando mis maletas en el lugar sin ningún costo que salió de la paga de la funda de la almohada. "We were able to check in a few minutes early, which was great. The front/ security desk crew were friendly & spoke some English to help us. Our unit was exactly as shown & we had some view from the 8th floor & a balcony which was nice. We were about 5-10 mins. from several places that we choose to eat at, which were good & public transportation was the same. Our only complaint was that the bed was pretty firm."

Great hotel for 1st time visitors

"Very nice hotel especially if you want to get a little further away from the busy city. It’s around a 20 minute walk to the center of Florida street or any shops you like need. There is a few nice restaurants right out the hotel that are less than 5 minutes away. Highly recommend this location for any first time visitors to Argentina thanks to the English speaking staff and easy roads leading to the hotel. Parking is available downstairs operated by a third party company that works with the Hilton. Parking passes are given out at the front desk when you need to drive your car out. The pool is smaller but worked well for myself and 2 kids. Overall great hotel to stay if your ok walking to where you need to go. "
