"Even after two full weeks we are sad to be leaving this wonderful property and town. We had a perfect stay from start to finish. Giorgio and his daughter, Juana, are amazing hosts (they even helped me practice my Italian). The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. It was cool even during the hottest days which we really appreciated after returning from the beach and the AC also works very well. We will definitely be back (hopefully very soon). "Just as expected - very clean, plenty of room, nice terrace, private driveway and BBQ facilities. It's on the outskirts of Orosei, but we walked into the old town a few nights. It was convenient for supermarkets & other day trips, and easy enough to drive down to the beach and park. One of our favourite beaches to take a dip and cool off was actually the big long beach at Orosei - surprisingly quiet and empty of people!"

"Giannis house was overall a fantastic stay and a great way to witness Sardinia if you’re not in to hotels. The house was very clean and easily accommodated 10 people ! The checking was a bit troubling as Maurizio doesn’t speak English, but we managed anyway. Be aware of rude barking dogs and steep hills. Else then that choose giannis for an unforgettable holiday!"
