"The biggest problem was the communication with the property owner. We arrived at the address that obtained at one time and it was the wrong address. When we tried to contact the owner she was not available at the agreed upon time of the meeting and did not answer our repeated calls to her. We had someone else call and she answered but refused to give the person the address to the apartment and the woman had to threaten her with the police until she would give us the answer."

"When we rented this apartment we were attracted to the location up in one of Trieste's many hills. Having installed ourselves we found a beautiful apartment overlooking the bay of Muggia, clean, sunny, and very spacious for two (although the apartment is intended for at least four). We were told there is a bus right if front of the apartment. What we didn't expect is that this bus took us downtown in ten to fifteen minutes; the same going back! "The place was cute, adequate for 2 people with a kitchenette and washer with drying rack. The owner left some treats and coffee and extra clean linens. The setting is picturesque, close to the coastline park. The biggest issue we had was the staircase is 82 steps up a steep incline, so the description of ground floor was slightly misleading. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with heart or breathing issues. "
