Large vacation apartment in converted old school with WLAN

In the annexe, kitchen-living room with glass door to terrace, bathroom on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms under the roof (slanted walls)

The building is a historical monument. It has not been a school for 90 years.
During the renovation special emphasis was placed on authenticity. So much was worked with old brick, clay and wood. Many old components were used again. The apartments have unique clay stoves installed, but there is also a gas heater available. On the ground floor underfloor heating under large terracotta plates.
The kitchens are equipped with the latest technology 'shabby-look' apartments all have separate entrances.
The apartment 3 is in the annex. There is also the sauna, which can be used by all (10, - per use for electricity and cleaning)

Schönes Landhaus in ruhiger Lage.
Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit Freunden um einen geselligen JGA zu feiern. Einzig eine Kneipe in naher Umgebung wäre noch wünschenswert gewesen. Vielen Dank.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung für Familien sehr zu empfehlen
Wir hatten uns bei der Auswahl der Ferienwohnung nicht vom Ziel, sondern von den Bildern und der Beschreibung leiten lassen. Und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Ferienwohnung 3 von Herrn Alster entspricht genau den Beschreibungen und bot unserer Familie (2 Erw. + 2 Ki (3 und 12 Jahre) genügend Platz zur Erholung. Zusätzlich möchten wir anmerken, dass die steile Treppe von oben mit einer Treppenschutztür gesichert werden kann. Zudem fanden wir den kleinen abgeschlossenen Bereich um das Häuschen sehr angenehm, da wir dort unsere Fahrräder, Fahrradträger usw. gut abstellen konnten. Herzlichen Dank an Herrn Alster und Frau Below! Im Ort gibt es eine sehenswerte Kirche mit Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder, daneben ein Schlosspark und ein Kinderspielplatz. Der Ort liegt direkt am Ostseeradweg. Zum Bodden/Strand sind es mit dem Rad nur wenige Minuten; sehr zu empfehlen ist das dahinter liegende Naturschutzgebiet Lanken. Tagestouren sind mit dem Rad nach Lubmin oder Greifswald problemlos möglich. Im Nachbarort Loissin gibt es einen Minimarkt, der Mo-So ab 8 Uhr aufgebackene Brötchen anbietet.

Das Haus Nr. 3 ist ein neu aufgebautes kleines Haus mit Reetdach, idyllisch mitten in der Natur gelegen, zahlreiche schöne Details mit allem Notwendigen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Es ist eine ungewöhnliche Unterkunft mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Nur die Wlan-Versorgung ließ Wünsche übrig. Der Datenup- und Download (WhatsApp & Co.) gestaltete sich schwierig.

eine urige, individuelle und gemütliche Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen
Ludwigsburg ist ein winziges Dorf mit einer schönen alten Kirche und den 3 außergewöhnlichen Ferienwohnungen von Herrn Alster. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Augenblick an sehr wohl und geborgen. Die reetgedeckten Häuser strahlen fiel Wärme und Charakter aus. Die Einrichtung ist bequem, kuschlich und trotzdem zweckmäßig. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der geniale Kamin und die Glasfront in den Garten mit Blick auf die Schafe. Schön war, dass der Strand mit den hauseigenen Fahrrädern schnell zu erreichen war und auch unser Hund ein gern gesehener Gast war. Toll wäre es, wenn es eine kleine Feuerschale gäbe.

Für 5 Personen war die Ferienunterkunft leider nur spärlich ausgestattet was Besteck, Stühlen etc. angeht. Sauberkeit war max. befriedigend und die Terrassenmöbel fallen auch auseinander. Die Matratzen in allen Betten müssten allerdings mal getauscht werden. Die Betreuung fand ich sehr nett und im großen und ganzen fühlten wir uns gut aufgehoben. Wem diese Dinge nicht stören und mit weniger Leuten in die Wohnung geht wird sich sehr wohl fühlen.

Waren mit 2 Kindern in Wohnung 3. Alles super. Spiele für die Kinder auch für draußen vorhanden. Alles mit Fahrrad erreichbar. 5 Minuten zum Strand. 30 Minuten idyllischer Fahrradweg zum Strandbad Lubmin.
