The Ea di Lavru is a delightful small residential complex consisting of 11 apartments. It is located only a few minutes from the most enchanting beaches on the coast, facing the spectacular panorama of the island of Tavolara, which appears as an imposing dolomite rock suspended in the gulf among the amazing turquoise of the sky and the sea. The apartments, which are decidedly different from the common canons of the area, differ from each other in terms of position, size, articulation of spaces and interior design. Delicious verandas and terraces, surrounded by colorful flowers, allow you to pleasantly use the outdoor spaces and enjoy the spectacular panorama of the gulf. The designer artistically distributed the accommodations in three harmonious groups of villas, between an alternation of small areas of Mediterranean scrub, rocks with warm shades of pink granite and delicious, extensive flower beds.

DISTRIBUTION: on two levels. On the upper level: a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a comfortable double bed + 2 pull-out single beds, 1 living room with double sofa bed, 1 kitchenette, 1 bathroom, 1 veranda, 1 small balcony. On the lower level: a bedroom with a double bed and a terrace
TERRACES AND VERANDAS: a small terrace in front of the upper bedroom. A comfortable veranda next to the entrance door, furnished with outdoor table and chairs. A terrace on the lower level in front of the bedroom
VIEW: sea view. From the living room and from the upper bedroom you can enjoy the magnificent spectacle of the island of Tavolara that stands out in the center of the Gulf of Porto San Paolo. Garden view: from all rooms and from the veranda

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ADDITIONAL COMPULSORY COSTS (to be paid at check-in): Initial cleaning: € 70.00 - Bed linen and towels: € 17. 50 per person per week
ADDITIONAL COMPULSORY COSTS (to be paid at check-out): Water and electricity: according to consumption (according to meter reading). The average consumption is around € 2.50 per day per person. (The use of the air conditioner - hot / cold - causes an increase in cost proportional to the time of use).
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: euro 300.00. It must be paid in cash at check-in and is refunded at check-out against the payment of water and electricity consumption and after checking for any damage.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in from 18.00. Check-out by 10.00. Times can be modified on request
PETS: Small pets are allowed. The cost for each animal is € 50.00 for the whole period. For more than one animal the additional cost is € 15.00 for each one.
OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES available on request: sun beds, umbrellas, beach towels, baby beds, high chairs, folding cots, microwave ovens, BBQ, Wi-Fi connection, basic necessities pack. (Kitchen towels and kitchen sponges, dishwashing detergent, soap, toilet paper, water, oil, vinegar, salt). NB: residues of any kind left by previous guests are previously removed from the apartment

Schönes und gepflegtes Apartment / nice and well-kept apartment
Reisezeit: Juli 2018 / 2 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder (15 J.) Schönes, gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 1 kleinen Wohn-/Küche und 1 Bad sowie Balkon und Terrasse. Gute Lage in Porto San Paolo in unmittelbarer Nähe von vielen tollen Stränden (5-15 Minuten per Auto). Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der uns mit vielen Tipps (Restaurants, Strände etc.) unterstützt hat und auch bei der Organisation von Ausflügen geholfen hat. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. --------------------------------------------------- Travel season: July 2018 / 2 adults + 2 Kids (15 Y.) Very nice, well-kept and well equipped apartment (2 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, balcony + terrace). Close to the awesome beaches of Sardina (5-15 Min. by car) and a good starting point for trips. Very nice and helpful lessor, who gave us much support (restaurant + beach tips / planing of excursions). We enjoyed our holiday very much and we are looking forward to come again.
