The apartment is rustic and could do with some upgrading such as the shower that was very small with limited drainage from the start. Communication from the owner was poor. We were not given instruction on how to access the property until we had arrived in Sardinia, which caused much anxiety as to the legitimacy of our booking. "We annoyed our staying at the apartment. The property is conveniently located. The view is fenomenal but the “patio/garden” is very run down and very dangerous for children. The apt is pretty small and the ceiling in the living room and one bedroom is pretty low. There is a steep and pretty dangerous stone-stair that gets to the apartment."

"Great communication with the owner, answered questions within a few hours. Large property more than big enough for 2 adults and 4 children. Property a little dated but that's wasn't a problem for us. Beach a short walk away. Everything you need in the kitchen if you decide to cook yourself. Would definitely recommend."

The owner met us at the property and booking in was easy. There are maybe a dozen properties on the development but in mid September almost all were unoccupied.
