"Our stay mostly consisted of roasting like a turkey on Christmas Day throughout every night. Shoddy air con at best. We asked for the air con to be fixed before finding out that it was actually supposed to be working fine. Room temp was approx 100 degrees. I asked for fan at front desk and they laughed in my face and said "it's so hot". Asides from that room was big, cleaning was minimal but beds were made. Nice enough breakfast. Spa was good but ironically actually not that warm. "

"The hotel in general is comfortable, modern, and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is in a good position in Ferrol with easy access. It has off the road parking both undercover (€7 a day) and free gated. Breakfast is a plentiful buffet with lots of choice including bacon and eggs. "Great staff with great attitude. Probably the worst view I have ever had in a hotel room. Things that didn't work were quickly fixed. Clean, efficient, but nothing special. The 'Panorama' restaurant in the 4-star building felt more like a converted banquet room or a small college dining room. Uninspiring, though the rest of the 4-start property (where we did our check-in and check-out) was attractive. I don't stay much in resort hotels, so I am not be the best judge. "La casa genial, Maria y Jacobo fenomenal, muy atenos y accesibles. Tiene un jardin enorme con flores y frutales. Como pega en mi caso particular es que el muro de jardín no es muy alto y uno de mis perros saltó hacia el otro lado del muro. Comentar que es un perro grande y bastante curioso....con perros pequeños o "normales" no creo que hubiera este problema ya que llevabamos otras dos perras grandes y no hicieron ningún ademán de saltar. Estuvimos muy a gusto y la zona es francamente bonita."
