Temporary accommodation for holidaymakers or for temporary work or for visiting friends. Suitable as a Monteur apartment. Visit to the World Heritage Site Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. Every five years the world art exhibition Documenta. Friendly, bright modern furnished and equipped apartment for up to 2 people. Quiet location in a cul-de-sac in the old town center of Ochshausen, directly on the outskirts of Kassel (to the city center about 6 km). Very quiet house. Hallway, living room, bedroom, kitchen and shower. Garden / joint use. Kitchen with dishwasher, oven. Washing machine in separate building. (No rest). TV, W-LAN, bicycle hire. Shopping at discounter within 500 m distance. Other high quality shopping in the resort. In the summer: public outdoor swimming pool 5 minutes on foot. During the day every 15 minutes direct straight line bus service to the city center of Kassel. Driving time approx. 15 minutes. Cycle path to the city center along a stream and along the Aue-Park (comfortable 30 minutes drive). Parking space for cars on the property. Quiet, safe and clean pets allowed. Only for non-smokers.

Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse. Der Vermieter hat an alles gedacht. Bettwäsche ist vorhanden, ein Verpflegungspaket stand zur Verfügung und sogar eine Wegbeschreibung für eine Hunderunde lag aus. Vielen Dank!

Die Wohnung wirkt freundlich und ist sehr praktisch und funktionell eingerichtet. Zur Begrüßung war der Kühlschrank überraschenderweise sogar mit leckeren Sachen gefüllt.

Schöne Wohnung für Ruheliebende
Diese nett eingerichtete Wohnung ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Gutes großes Doppelbett. Im Haus ist es sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen kleinen Garten zur Mitbenutzung. Die sympathischen Vermieter haben den Kühlschrank zur Begrüßung mit ein paar Getränken und einer Wurst der Region gefüllt. Viel Infomaterial.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung am Stadtrand von Kassel mit allem, was man braucht
Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende in Kassel in der Ferienwohnung von Familie Nödler. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief flexibel und unkompliziert. Auch für unser leibliches Wohl hatte man schon ein paar Dinge hinterlegt. Sehr aufmerksam und keineswegs selbstverständlich. Umso angenehmer war dann die Überraschung. Auch die Wohnung war tiptop und vom Handtuch bis zur Bratpfanne fehlte es an nichts. Auch die lästige Parkplatzsuche blieb uns durch den Stellplatz direkt gegenüber der Haustür erspart. Mit Bus und Bahn wäre man wohl auch einigermaßen problemlos in die Innenstadt gekommen, aber wir waren stets mit dem Auto unterwegs. Die Abgabe der Schlüssel über einen Schlüsselsafe verlief ebenfalls reibungslos und uns wurde sogar der gesamte Sonntag noch hierfür Zeit gelassen. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, daher gibt es von uns eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung. :)

Empehlenswert: sehr sauber und gastfreundlich
Diese Ferienwohnung empfehlen wir gern weiter. Die Vermieter sind zuvorkommend und sehr gastfreundlich. Die Wohnung ist sauber und hat alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Parkplatz vor dem Haus und 10 Minuten Fahrtzeit bis zur Kasseler Innenstadt, was will man mehr. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Gut ausgestattete und sehr saubere Wohnung. Sehr gute Matratzen. Direkte und schnelle Verbindung ins Zentrum von Kassel. Bushaltestelle nur wenige Meter entfernt. Für unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt (Dokumenta) war diese Ferienwohnung perfekt.

Alles ist super In Ordnung gewesen. Als Überraschung gab es sogar einheimische Spezialitäten die der Vermieter extra für uns parat gelegt hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem zentral. Gerne kommen wir mal wieder.
