"This is an old building. I noticed there is nothing hygienic. shower is very tiny, you can't take a shower properly without hitting the walls. a lot of things in the bathroom are rusted. shampoo bottle was empty. not enough towels available. no proper tea and coffee facilities, however the lady (owner) was very helpful and understanding and trying to make you happy. "

"Das Zimmer ist stilvoll eingerichtet und die Lage ist sehr zentral in der Deutschen Kolonie unterhalb der Bahaei Gärten gelegen. Parken vor der Unterkunft war jederzeit problemlos möglich. Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft war einfach und schnell. Sehr schön konnte man Abends auf dem kleinen Balkon sitzen und dem Treiben auf der Ben Gurion Aven.zusehen."

"Very good,silence.The room , toilets and kitchen modern design and utensils.The guest can make all the types of cofee,tea, juice with hand juice maker, microwave,refregirator.Very clean all the places and lenes.Air condition.Reccomended place and not expensive."

"Purement mensonger : l’adresse donnée ne correspond pas à celle de l’hébergement (inconnu dans le quartier). Le téléphone donné était celui d’un russe ne parlant aucune langue en dehors du russe. L’hébergement était salle, voire insalubre (cafards - photos à disposition), le système d’eau chaude devait être activé par un bouton, la douche avec un rideau bien peu étanche, la tuyauterie rouillée, le système de climatisation bruyant et totalement désuet, la télé ne fonctionnait pas, le sol très...

"Die Ankunft war etwas schwierig. Nach langem warten endlich den sehr freundlichen Gärtner getroffen. Besitzer nur telefonisch erreicht. Wir haben den Abebd im Wasser genossen. Adult only weiss ich nicht wofür es steht. Es war eine Familie mit 3 Kleinkinder anwesend was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat. Es ist ein Ort der gefällt oder er gefällt nicht. Ich liebe solche Orte Bei meinem Mann würde die Bewertung jedoch etwas weniger gut aussehen"

"Our reservation details read 'family apartment, 1 bedroom, garden view, double bed + double sofa bed' at #16 Sokolov St, the address of Palm on the Beach. We arrived and phoned the proprietor, who was not available to meet us. He said our room was at a different address - #21 Sokolov. We went there, his daughter waited for us. The tiny room was in a garage storeroom with a cafe table in the driveway - no garden view other than a potted plant. By phone with the proprietor, we refused to take...

"Unique spot , really nice room"

"I was expecting low budget accommodation but tbh it was too low for me. There was a human hair on my sheets which made me feel they hadn't been washed properly and I could see stains on the mattress through the sheets. I didn't want to look under the pillow case. There were tiny ants coming out the wall and the floor of my room hadn't been cleaned. There was a middle-aged man who had his room door open the whole time and it seemed like he lived there and he was talking with people on the landing...

"Our stay was quite nice. We were met by the caretaker who gave us our key. We paid in advance since this hotel does not gave a desk clerk. We asked for more tea bags, which we received with no problem before he left The shower and hot water were great. The entire bathroom was clean and contained small bottles of bath wash and shampoo. The tv stations were almost all jn Arabic but we did find one with English/American movies. We fou d the bed to be firm and comfortable. "

"Nice stay overall. It’s the second time we chose these apartments for the price & value. Unfortunately, for some reason we didn’t get our room done this time either (same happened on our first stay, last month) and during the early morning we had some really noisy neighbors that prevented us from having a good sleep. Leaving that aside, it’s a good place to stay. Easy fast check in / out, comfortable and clean."

"The room was nice, clean, large, quiet, and comfortable; also had great air conditioning. Hotel is right next to a market and juice stand, and walking distance to main strip. Manager/owner was friendly, and helped us find parking. It’s a boutique, so there is no front desk to check in or check out; knock on office door to get your door code, and there is no check-out. Check-in and check-out instructions could be more clear, but it wasn’t a big problem. "

"Everything was perfect Could not be better Starting with the view the location The staff SUPERB the services Hassan at room services The bfast and its variety and healthiness and awesomeness Everyone worked with love here absolute love Only the spa needs to b a better 3rd company But EVERYTHING AT THIS HOTEL WAS AMAZING Starting with Amir at the barista Louisa Jonathon Agatha and karam and nael Omer ido and Hazem Malak at f&b Aboo bassel at the housekeeping as well as Waleed Excellent excellent experience! Definitely recommend this hotel 💎 All were perfect "
