"This was a beautiful and comfortable apartment, in a great location. It was easy to walk to shops in town and to visit Freiburg and the surrounding area. Wolfgang and Ilse were wonderful and gracious hosts."

"Wir haben einen Parkplatz reserviert, als wir ankamen, hatte es für uns keinen Parkplatz frei. Es war mühsam, einen freien Parkplatz in der Umgebung zu finden. Das Appartement/Zimmer war unsauber und teils unvollständig (WC nicht geputzt, Hahn hat getropft, nur 2 anstatt 3 Decken waren vorhanden, Föhn hat nicht funktioniert). Nach unserer Beanstandung wurde alles zur Zufriedenheit erledigt. Morgenessen war sehr fein."

"Perfectly pleasant place which is well located near the station, It is handy for the tram to take you to the train musuem or the Car museum. We had the breakfast, which was was perfectly adequate buffet. The staff, particulary Harold who checked us in on the evening we arrived.were very helpful, and English was widely spokenThe room was pretty basic, a little tired, but clean with enough space for the 3 single blokes that made up our party but it could have used some decent sized glasses. "This property is beautiful. We had a comfortable king bed and the bathroom was huge and moderm. Love that they provide robes and slippers. On the website the pictures are the main hotel. Our room was across the street (Diana Collection) which we were surprised why we are not in the main hotel. I was told they have 3 building. I wish I knew that they have 3 buildings because I would have requested to be in the main hotel. Where the reception, lobby, bar etc are located. I have to acknowledge the staff who are very helpful, friendly, accommodating in every possible way. The location of the hotel is 15 min from the Colmar train station. It is right by Petite Venice and old town. Tons on restaurants in the area and souvenir shops. Everything is walking distance. I recommend this hotel and would love to come back. Stayed 2 nites. "
