"Friendly hotel which is a majestic building. Staff friendly and helpful. Room dated but super clean. Not keen on the pillows but i am fussy. Tasty breakfast. Excellent service as always
"As always we had a wonderful stay, our room was on the 11th floor with amazing views of the city. Our check-in was with Mae and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Only one negative, the pillows are not good. Overall a lovely stay."
