"Gerl Hotel is a place not only to sleep while travelling but to spend time in the hotel as well. It has a great resturant and the breakfast was very tasty with a wide variety of dishes. Shame the main spa (which is spectacular) opens only at 11:00 and closes at 20:00. "

"Amazing place to stay close to the centre of Salzburg. We received an excellent welcome and were able to drop out bags early. The room was of a good size and was well provisioned. We were to the rear of the hotel where it was quiet. The room we had, had no aircon which wasnt a problem for us but others may wish to be able to adjust the temperature. The staff were excellent and were always happy to assist. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options"

"Driving to the hotel, we were wondering what we have gotten ourselves in. Hotel sign not well posted and it was nighttime when we arrived. Thanksfully, a hotel attendant was present to let us know that we have arrived. We opted for valet parking which made things covenient in unloading luggages. Hotel was quaint perfect location in Salzburg. Sites are all within walking distance. Room was clean. Staff friendly. Will definitely recommend this hotel."

"The location was really convenient and the rooms are very clean and nice!! The showers were a little small, which was fine for us ladies but the fellas didn’t LOVE them. The parking is expensive as well, but it is a great location in the city. Would definitely stay again! "
