Küche und Bad generell sehr gut ausgestattet. Pizzaautomat und (E-)Lastenfahrrad-Ausleihstation direkt vor der Tür. Danke, wir kommen wieder!"

"Schönes Objekt, super Lage. Die Wohnungen sind durch die Fußböden hellhörig. Leider keine Geschirrtücher. Die Sauna und Garten sind toll. "

"Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Der Weg zum Strand war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben gut in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.(ansonsten wären auch hierfür alleine 7Euro/Tag an Parkgebühren fällig) Leider war der in der Anzeige beschriebene Bäcker bzw. ehemalige Supermarkt bis auf weiteres geschlossen. Dieses war aber auf Grund der Nähe zu Ückeritz und Koserow kein größeres Problem. Auch Radtouren in Richtung Achterwasser sind von hieraus gut machbar."

"Wir haben sehr schöne, entspannte Tage in einem tollen Ambiente verbracht. Es ist alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt fast an nichts. Eine Mückenschutztür im Wohnzimmer hätten wir uns gewünscht."

"Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, sehr sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht, Lage ist sehr praktisch, mit Auto nach Karlshagen oder Ahlbeck jeweils in rund 20min, zu Fuß zum Strand in knapp 15 min… tolle, freundliche Gastgeber Fam. Bauerschäfer, für Fragen und Wünsche immer erreichbar, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!"

"Wir konnten in der Villa Walter einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbringen. Das Wetter war super, sodass wir die Vorzüge des Hauses nicht vollständig genießen konnten. Wir dürfen jedoch zusammenfassen, dass wir sicher auch bei etwas schlechterem Wetter, uns in der Villa gut versorgt gefühlt hätten."

Broken air conditioning

"The hotel was having some decoration work doing to it whilst on our visit. The work was contained, but we were welcomed by a lady who was using the hoover and didn’t stop and made us feel in the way! Breakfast: good New TV delivered one day in our room & woke us up as it was programmed with an alarm at midnight! Annoying ! We spoke to room service and the front desk 4 times over 2 days as our air conditioning stopped working. They kept saying they had fixed it & they hadn’t, also annoying. They should have followed up with us and checked. Otherwise a convenient location & clean hotel. "

"Beautifully located hotel, close to the beach (a few minutes), with very friendly service and a nicely renovated lobby and reception area. The rooms however are quite old and need renovation, bed was really old and uncomfortable, bath room also old. You can almost feel the old times in the corridors... However the nice service and rather good breakfast make up for it. "
