"It's a very nice hotel however the location is not really pretty. It is next to the local train station which i very useful as the hotel provides a free public transport pass for the whole of the region. The hotel lacked a menu for massage services for the SPA, which was a bit disappointing. "

"Excellent old Andermatt property with a storied past. The team works hard to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast is not substantial, but an excellent way to start. Lunch and dinner options are excellent on site as are their local recommendations, all walking distance. Ski lift a 4-5 minute walk. Rooms are small and this is a village Inn so temper your expectations and you will have an amazing time! When we come back to Andermatt, we we stay here for sure! "

"This was the best customer service I've ever had at a hotel; the female night manager helped arrange our parking, carried most of our suitcases, and even helped us buy bus tickets - at the bus stop! While there were a few details, like too much road noise and the tv not working (could care less), the staff's friendliness and helpfulness made it a very enjoyable stay. Would stay again in heartbeat."

"Uns hat es in diesem Haus sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Alles ist sehr Sauber und Ordentlich. Das Essen auf der Terasse ist ein Genuss. Es hat eine neue Küche mit super Aussicht auf den See. Mit den Kindern kann man in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto sehr gut in Cannobio an den Öffentlichen Strand. "Great place to stay. It was clean and all that was promised in the listing. The location was amazing as it is basically on the side of the mountain it this cute village area. Be sure to make certain the road access from Airlo is open! Google maps will take you up to a snow closed road in the winter. Turning around on this narrow road at night is sketchy. I did get a what’s app message, but it was too late as I already drive up the wrong way. I do appreciate the effort to let me know. ...
