"Rappahannock River Unplugged Was amazing. It was just right for our family of three. Kristine and her husband personally greeted us when we arrived. She was very responsive. The loft is updated, almost like new. It was a short walk to the river. Very quiet and pleasant. My son said he would like to live in a place like that! I highly recommend it. "

The older home, on the Rappahannock River had been refurbished for today’s needs but retained some fun, and not so fun quirks! Nothing too serious… the water stream in the shower returned after the system built pressure back up.. Would return."

"What a delightful retreat!!! From the moment we walked in and saw the water from the "wall of windows", we knew we had found a great place to spend a few days. Rosehill Cottage is beautifully decorated and offers all the amenities for a wonderful stay. Heather was so helpful and offered suggestions for shopping and eating. Communicating with the owners was exceptional! Don't delay - a must place to stay!"
