Facing South, our bungalow can accommodate 6 people.
On a plot of 500m2, it has an open garden but lined with hedges.
It is located in a very quiet area "2 steps" from the family beach of Ezer in Loctudy and Lesconil between Lodonnec: relaxation and rest assured!

electric oven, gas hob, fridge with small freezer, dishwasher, microwave combination oven and forced air

Great property
The property was spacious and well equipped, with a large garden. It is a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Isabelle was at the house when we arrived and provided a welcome pack. The house is about 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach which was deserted most of the time. There is a creperie and a restaurant about 6 or 7 minutes from the house. To get to the port, I would suggest driving. If you want solitude this is the place to go.

Loctudy is a lovely quiet location with good beach and great restaurants especially for seafood. Good also for visits to Pont l’Abbe. Quimper and Pointe du Raz.

Lovely house near the sea
My partner and I stayed for a week in June and absolutely loved the house and the location (a 5 minute walk from the beach). The house was spacious, beautifully clean and well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the pretty garden had cool corners to sit when the sun was too hot. The owner, Isabelle was helpful and welcoming and we particularly enjoyed the delicious Far Breton that she had prepared for us. We didn't take advantage of the bicycles, but maybe will on a further visit! We can thoroughly recommend the house and the Loctudy area.

Lovely Holiday in Loctudy
We were given a very warm welcome by Isabelle and Jean. They had left delicious homemade jam and cake as well some of the local cider, which all went down a treat! Isabelle responded to all my emails very quickly and was extremely helpful, an excellent host. The house is very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated with a nice garden and well equipped kitchen, and very close to our favourite beach, Ledonnec. The area is very quiet and peaceful with beautiful beaches and not far from Loctudy centre where there are bars, restaurants and bakeries. We had delicious take away pizza from Pizzeria 14, 14 Rue Du Port Loctudy, and on a sunny day it is nice to see the busy port at work from the Cafe Du Port and the end of the rue du Port. There is a busier beach with water sports not too far away at Langoz, we did Kayaking which was good fun and not that expensive. I would definitely recommend both the house and the area for a lovely restful holiday.

Great location and house in Loctudy
The location and house was great for our short holiday in Loctudy. The owner wasvery friendly and made our stay enjoyable. We would stay here again, and recommend it! (The only thing disappointing was the weather, but there are still enough things to do in the area to make up for it.)

Location parfaite !
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à Loctudy. La maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle, proche de la plage à pied. Les vélos mis à disposition sont un véritable "plus" ! Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et attentionnés,nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petits cadeaux à arrivée et le beau bouquet de fleurs fraîches ! Merci également de nous avoir permis de prolonger notre séjour... Bref, nous espérons revenir une prochaine fois. Merci !

Nous étions 2 adultes et 3 enfants dont 1 bébé et le logement nous a parfaitement convenu. C est spacieux, les enfants peuvent jouer en toutes sécurité dans le jardin clos, et Isabelle avait mis à notre disposition :lit bébé, chaise haute et poussette. Sinon, la maison est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Accueil chaleureux. La proximité de la plage est un bel atout. Enfin, c est calme. Bref, nous recommandons +++

5 Sterne für Loctudy
Wir waren 2 Wochen in Isabelles Haus in Loctudy. Alles ist genau so wie im Inserat beschrieben, nichts fehlt, alles sehr sauber, alles funktioniert. In drei Minuten ist man am Strand, der jetzt im Juni leer und wunderschön war. Es gibt Fahrräder in gutem Zustand in der Garage - das war für uns das Highlight: Mit dem Fahrrad zum Einkaufen in den Ort, auf Erkundungstour bis Lesconil oder Guilvinec oder auch zum Sundowner an den Loctudy-Hafen. Das sollte man unbedingt alles mal mit dem Fahrrad machen. Die Gegend ist sehr schön, tolle Strände und kleine Orte. Alles in allem ist das Haus absolut empfehlenswert.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist großzügig gestaltet und liegt sehr ruhig. Isabelle hat uns herzlich empfangen und alles erklärt. Sie hatte einen Willkommensgruß vorbereitet und es standen sogar frische Blumen in einer Vase.

Nous remercions Isabelle pour son chaleureux accueil et ses cadeaux de bienvenue. Maison fort agréable, proche de la plage et point de départ de nombreuses excursions. La maison est bien équipée, il n 'y manque rien! 3 grandes chambres, belle cuisine et salle de bain, et jardin agréable ...au soleil...quand il y en a! Loctudy est un endroit charmant ayant bcp de curiosités à visiter. Très très agréable lieu de villégiature ! Nous y reviendrons....
