Amazing views
We had a very enjoyable week at the property. The views were amazing. Just a few things that are incorrect on VRBO, check in is at 4pm and check out at 10am (not 3pm and 11am as stated), bedding and towels are NOT included but can pay extra for this, there is no air conditioning, however the property was a comfortable temperature. Also, don't use the washing machine if you want hot showers.

Lovely house, but a few issues
House is very nice, great location, great views, BUT a few issues: Linen: Despite the website clearly stating the linen is included, we received a message the day before our arrival asking us to pay an extra 60 euros to get linen. We pointed out that the website said it was included, we were told that it was NOT. We agreed to pay. Hot water: We had no hot water upon arrival. Eric came over and repaired the "resistance" to allow the water to heat up. We had one QUICK 4 minute shower the next morning before the hot water ran out. (we are used to traveling & taking quick showers). The solution from Eric was for us to go to his apartment (above the house upstairs) and use his bathroom. A bit unusual and less than ideal but since he was away, one of us did that. Hoping the hot water tank would refill .... but all other showers were lukewarm at best. We reached out to Eric, but he ignored our messages. So we resolved ourselves to no hot water, and asked that he suggest how to make up for this inconvenience... but no answer Someone else in the house: The house / building is in fact split in 3 sections. The main house (3 bedrooms) Eric's apartment upstairs (not accessible from inside the house), and ANOTHER apartment downstairs, linked to the house WITH access to the house. It is on the same level as the 3rd bedroom. On the last night looking for the trash disposal, one door that was locked on the first night was now unlocked, and opening it we stumbled across a man we didn't know, reading in his bed! This person could have been coming into our section of the house at any time. We tried to call Eric, but he ignored us (granted it was late), so we sent him a message that he answered by noon the next day. He claimed to have told us there was another tenant in the house. I am French so no chance of misunderstanding what was said to us. He had indeed mentioned another party when he first came to the house to check the water. But he said a NEIGHBOR, not a TENANT. ... and certainly didn't mention the link to the house with full access. His answer to explain why we were not told that someone else lived here, was that we were difficult clients wanting a discount. All he had to say was that he should have communicated better. Eric knew he was in the wrong. Dishonest maybe, "de mauvaise foi" absolutely! We left the house perfectly clean, and held off on the 60 for linen til we hear from Eric... which never happened

Great location overlooking the bay. Easy stroll to beach and village.
Well appointed apartment. Eric is a very good host not intrusive but helpful if required. We had a fantastic week and enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the balcony. Really good for walking with direct access to the coastal path. Loquirec is a very attractive fishing village with a good market on Wednesday morning. Large supermarket 5 minutes drive away in Plestin which also has a great market on Sunday mornings. We caught the local bus into Morlaix and enjoyed exploring this old town. Highly recommend the apartment for a relaxing stay in this beautiful part of Brittany. Thank you Eric I am sure we will return.

Nous avons passé 5 jours en famille (2 adultes et 3 enfants de 3, 6 et 10 ans) dans cette location. Avant notre départ pour ce séjour, le propriétaire a pris contact avec moi par téléphone afin de me donner quelques consignes et prévenir que les draps et serviettes n'étaient pas fournit et faisait partie d'option payante. J'ai apprécié cette prise de contact car effectivement à la lecture de la 1ère page des équipements disponibles draps et serviettes sont notifiés comme prévus. (Paramétrage à revoir sur le site). Nous avons été surpris quant à l'une des chambres en sous-sol car nous n'avons pas trouvé cela pratique du fait du jeune âge de nos enfants mais cela n' a en rien entaché notre séjour. Le logement est agréable et très fonctionnel et qui plus est avec une vue magnifique. Nous avons découvert Locquirec et ses environs avec facilité du fait de la proximité des sites à visiter Le propriétaire a su répondre parfaitement à nos besoins et ce avec une grande rapidité et disponibilité. Nous avons apprécié sa démarche d'être venu à notre rencontre le jour de notre départ afin de s'excuser personnellement d'un dysfonctionnement qui était indépendant de sa volonté et le geste fait en lien avec l'option que nous avions pris pour notre fin de séjour (ménage). Une ou deux suggestions peut-être à faire, rafraichissement de la cabine de douche et un petit livret d'accueil à disposition des hôtes :) Nous reviendrons avec plaisir séjourner chez Eric et le remercions encore.

Très bien
Tous les équipements nécessaires sont dans la maison. Proche de la plage et de l'accès au GR. Très belle vue. Bon double vitrage car en bord de route. Je précise simplement que la 3e chambre située au rdc de la maison n'est pas idéale pour une famille avec jeunes enfants. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Blick
Eine schöne Unterkunft mit angenehmen Vermieter. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist echt gut und man ist schnell im Hafen und im Ortskern. Locquirec ist ein schöner Ort mit tollen Stränden. Tollen Cidre gibts im Nachbarort. Zu empfehlen sind Bäcker und Metzger in Lanmeur.

Amplement déçu et enerver
Très bonne endroit bien placée sa il y a rien dire mais ce qui amplement déçu et énervé : Premièrement aucune accueil du propriétaire et sa je trouve sa inadmissible quand in loie loue on se doit d'accueillir et presenter un minimum la maison. Deuxièmement beaucoup de poussière sur meuble de tele et plaque de cuiison et enfin me faire retenir 30 min parce que selon lui les lits étais sale alors il y avais quelques mini poussiere et jusqu'à me faire nettoyer les toilettes a l'éponge j'ai trouver sa clairement abuser On etais des jeunes et je crois qu'il aime pas les jeunes on a peur etre pas respecté l'heure de depart mais la maison elle étais propre faut arreter on a nettoyer pendant 2 h je suis restée respectieux et n'a rien dis sue le moment mais ke bouillonnaais a l'intérieur Voilà donc lieux vraiment bien mais tout ce qui est accueil et toit ce qui tourne autour du propriétaire m a decu et enerve si vous ete jeune je ne vous conseil pas d'y aller et je n'y retournais pas

très agréable maison moderne, confortable et facile d'utilisation, avec facilités de stationnement, une belle terrasse et un grand séjour lumineux et une très belle vue. Une des chambres se trouve au sous-sol, moins agréable, mais plus calme.. Nous y avons fait un très bon séjour entre amis.

Superbe maison avec belle vue sur la baie.
Très belle maison Le propriétaire est très sympathique Nous avons visité toute la Bretagne Dommage que le temps n ait pas été super pendant nos deux semaines de vacances. L aspirateur balai est une excellente idée, en général, on doit se contenter d un vieux traîneau.

Großzügige Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht
Ein recht merkwürdiger Empfang. Bei Ankunft öffnete niemand. Erst nach Telefonat fanden wir den Schlüssel hinter dem Briefkasten. Eine Einweisung was wie funktioniert erfolgte nicht. Die Wohnung war kalt, TV funktionierte nicht. Nach wiederholtem Anruf kam der Vermieter nach 2 Stunden und stellte den TV bzw. die Heizung ein und erklärte dass man die Haustür nur abschliessen kann, wenn man den Türknauf nach oben dreht. TV - nur französische Sender, kein einziger englischer Sender geschweige denn ein deutscher. Bei der sehr wackeligen High-Tech-Dusche funktionierte lediglich die Handbrause. Die Aussicht war sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist schön gross. Grosse Terrasse mit Sonnenliegen ,liegt allerdings direkt an der Strasse. Der Verkehr war um diese Jahreszeit jedoch gering. Ausgestattet war die Wohnung sehr gut und grosszügig. Es gab an Geschirr und Zubehör alles was man eventuell mal brauchen könnte. Grosser Parkplatz hinter dem Haus.

oui, j'ai adoré !!!!
maison superbe, très agréable, spacieuse, lumineuse, fonctionnelle, moderne et très propre. Quand le temps le permet il est très agréable de manger sur la terrasse avec la vue sur la plage et le port de Locquirec. La situation géographique permet de faire des randonnées sans avoir à prendre la voiture et surtout de descendre à la plage en 5 minutes par un joli petit sentier. Locquirec est assez bien desservi, sinon il y a Plestin-les-Grèves juste à côté. C'est très joli, très propre et calme.

Idyllique
Le logement est super! Confortable, spacieux et fonctionnel. Et en prime, une vue magnifique à près de 180° sur la baie. La grande terasse en front de mer incite au farniente. L'accueil de Monsieur Le Boulc'h, le propriétaire, est très convivial; il informe clairement sur les possibilités touristiques des environs et est également fort disponible en cas de questions que nous désirions lui poser ou de services que nous lui demandions. Bref, ce furent des vacances idylliques! Vivement que nous puissions y retourner!
