"Don't worry about the road condition (a bit pot holed and worn) or the slightly difficult to find hotel entrance, the stay was great. The room was large and immaculately clean. Though our limited Italian caused a few laughable glitches (or fault not the staff), the service could not have been better. The food was excellent and overly abundant. "The We had a good experience with the stay however I didn’t realise (my own fault for not reading the listing properly) that you have to pay an additional fee for the spa and sauna use. We did pay an additional fee per person, per day which we thought was pretty expensive and on the second day we paid the spa was cold so we couldn’t really use it. Apart from this the property was beautiful and big for the kids to run around."
