"The house is extremely well equipped and has a lovely garden with views over the fields. The pool and cinema room were a bonus. It’s only a short drive into the centre of Lille and convenient to explore the surrounding area but we really enjoyed the rural location."

"Vi havde nogle gode dage i huset men man skal vide at der er meget stejle trapper (uden gelænder) til 1. og 2. sal så man skal ikke være dårligt gående. Der er ikke meget at se i området men man kan sagtens tage en fin vandretur langs vandet ind til den gamle bydel."

"We had an excellent week in France. Visiting Lille and travelling to Ypres in Belgium. The house was excellent, warm and cosy. Well placed for sight seeing and shopping. "We hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad in dit "schooltje" met 20 vrienden. We hadden alles wat we nodig hadden. Zeer ruime vakantiewoning met ook zeer goed uitgeruste keuken. Aanrader!"

Schöne Fahrradwege an den Kanälen - leider gibt es im Ort keine Fahrradwege. An sehr heißen Tagen ist der Wintergarten nicht gut nutzbar, d er keine Beschattung hat. "

The house was close to Vimy Ridge and we enjoyed visiting this site as well as some other Canadian War Memorials in Belgium which were a few hours away.
