"The property manager was not reasonable in our request for a compensation settlement being that the flat had no heating one evening. She said that I should have called her to which I responded that I hadn’t that evening due to the lateness and opted to report it in the morning. She was not accommodating but curt. We had completely underestimated the number of steps both to the property and once in the property. 2. Nothing to do with the property but the local road works were difficult to navigate.
