"The 5 of us had an enjoyable stay. We had planned on 7, but 2 had to cancel. Even with the 7 there would be more than enough space. The house overall is in good shape, though the bedrooms are an odd configuration. Plus, between skylights and windows it's impossible to block out light. The kitchen is nice, but is somewhat limited in furnishings. We never found a toaster, and not many pots and pans if cooking for a large group. As only 5 we mostly ate out. It does have a really nice large grill...

"Had a great experiance. Parking was an added expense, but could have been comp'd by the Wyndham if we sat through their condo sell speach. The resort and staff were all terrific, clean, and rooms updated and stocked with suppliee. Rooftop free pool was awesome for our family. Easy 15 minute walk to 2nd street downtown. "

"Stayed at this rental property, which is a hotel room in the Wyndham Resort hotel in the Civic District in Austin. Quiet location, but close to places of interest, Like the Capitol Building, UT and 6th Street. Good access. The parking is $35/night, but it has in and out privileges. The check in process is a little strange, with the hotel, but the communication with the property owner was very helpful. The room is nice, big, good kitchen and bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable. ...
