"Wir haben für 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) ein Zimmer gebucht, haben jedoch ein Zimmer mit nur einem Doppelbett erhalten. Als ich nachgefragt habe, wusste natürlich niemand Bescheid, da dies sonst die Zimmermädchen machen würden. Die zwei unfreundlichen Damen haben dann zwei weitere Damen gebeten, das Sofa zu beziehen und Decken/Kissen zu bringen. Das klappte dann auch, während wir das Abendessen eingenommen haben. "The chalet was very nice and clean. It was me, my wife and our two kids ages 6 and 7. The pull out couch was easy to use and the pillows and blankets were provided. The bed for us was in a loft area which was a little difficult to get in and out of bed. We enjoyed our one night stay here and would not have any issues staying here again. "

"Really great service! People at the desk were very nice, accommodating and helpful. They gave us recommendations for restaurants as well as sights within walking distance. Helped us out with some sundries as well. Recently remodeled, quiet and modern with a fun little shop and good security measures in place after 8. Great bakery right next door as well with delicious coffee."
