"Very unfriendly receptionist. After long drive to get there we were treated badly. We asked for information about sightseeing in Enna and were bluntly told they had none. They told us nothing about facilities at the hotel and just handed us keys to the room. It was an empty hotel and they gave us room under their kitchen which was noisy and kept us awake for the two nights we were there. "We spent three days at the property. Have absolutely no complaints. The restaurant meals, complimentary breakfast and their snack bar food were all fabulous. We participated in a wine tasting dinner, it was great. Also did a wine tour which was very interesting. Their staff are lovely, the grounds are extensive and make for fabulous hiking. All around, we'd go back in a heartbeat."
