"The host is amazing and extremely helpful to cater for everything requested. The property is literally opposite the most central point of Nha Trang beach with all restaurants and fun spots within very short walking distance. The difference in the stay was totally due to the host Ms Nhi who goes the extra mile to make your trip as pleasurable and comfortable as possible. We visited twice and both times had an amazing stay with have absolutely nothing to complain about."

"I tried to contact the property as per instructions given via email before our stay. All phones dead and no reply via hotels.com mail system. When we turned up to the Panorama Building the reception tried to contact the property manager without success. We ended up booking another HOTEL because we couldn’t get contact for the keys to the apartment. Will never book another apartment ever again. Hotels.com have refused to intervene and said they cannot get my money back as they too cannot get hold...
