"We stayed for one night at this 5-star hotel. We agree with the 5-star ratings. Although this is not a VIP property, it is better than some of the 5-star hotels. We received our welcome cold drinks when we arrived. We were able to check in before 1pm for one of two rooms booked. The room is spacious with partial ocean view as advertised. Our other room is bigger and has ocean views. The room has all the amenities except hair conditioner. The exterior hotel wall has a light show at night. The beach at the hotel area is blocked off for 4-30-25 celebration. We have walked down a few blocks to get to the beach. The pool was clean and quiet for sun bathing and lap swimming. The pool table is great too at the entertainment center. The free breakfast buffet was wonderful and it has a great variety of American food and Vietnam food. It has duck noodles soup as well as all kinds of desserts and fruits. Coffee machine is also available plus other fruit drinks. The lobby area is very good waiting area. One negative is the room safe is not bolted to the cabinet so it can easily remove the entire safe from the room. The hotel checked our rooms to make sure no missing items before we can checkout. "

"Great hotel on the hillside. The rooms are nice, the pool and restaurant were good. It was difficult to find the first time as it’s up a steep narrow road."

"I really did enjoyed myself there. The hotel staff are beyond professional and polite. I absolutely loved the gym, especially no one was using it while I was there. The breakfast wasn’t bad. There is a little construction going on but didn’t effect me at all - for being a light sleeping. I did however wished the food by the pool and in the ruby resturant was a little different.
