"We had a fantastic week at the villa. We didn’t have a car, but it was really well positioned near to 2 supermarkets and with plenty of great restaurants within a 15 minute walk. The bus into Denia was quick and easy. The house itself was excellent. Really well resourced and perfect for us. We loved that the top bedroom was so separate and it meant that we had our own patio and space. "We had a good stay, it was quiet and relaxing. There were a couple of things damaged from the previous tenant which wasn't a great impression. The lock on the door broke which meant extra vigilance was needed to avoid getting locked in or out, and the pool was not clear which we pointed out within 5 minutes of our arrival, Claire was responsive but it still took 3 days until the pool guy put something in the pool specifically to clear it. I just put it down to bad luck but I was on holiday...

When we first walked into the house and saw the views across the pool we were giddy. This trip was poignant for our family after the loss of our father. "A friend and myself were looking for a quiet week away in the sun and this villa did not disappoint. The property is in excellent condition and well appointed. We spent most of our time in the pool and enjoyed BBQ in the outdoor kitchen area. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance or use the bicycles at the villa and head to the sea front where there are more restaurants. Overall a great week"

"Cesar the owner was brilliant from first point of call then it all went down hill kitchen sink blocked took 2 days to sort it out then the support in window fell out wasn’t secured properly jacuzzi in the bathroom wasn’t working Anita the host sent somebody round with keys which kept us waiting outside for 30 mins then turned up drunk the property was dirty inside We ended up coming home early as we was fed up with the issues"

"We had a lovely week at Casa Kathleen. The view is fabulous, as is the outside terrace and pool. The villa' s living area is large, comfortable and airy. Everything worked and was well maintained. The villa is located close to beaches, shopping and Denia but you will need a car! We'll definitely return."

"There were so many places for the various members of the family to relax in, and also plenty of large places for us all to gather together in. The covered pool was fabulous. The only suggestion I would have would be to have the double beds as optional twin beds, it would be handy when you have a large family grouping."

"Clean and well kept property, close to amenities. Agents accomadated a late change to checkin at short notice and provided a proffesional service throughout. Would recommend!!"

"A lady called Anna met us at the property. Very rude. We had asked owner to check in early due to flight but message hadn’t been passed on to her. She kept stomping past us as we sat outside waiting for her to put bedding in etc. When we asked if she could speak English to us she shouted NO. So that was our welcome. Only one set of bedding for each bed. Good job we only used 2 beds. No sun at all in house , very cold as it was September to mid November so heating had to go on even though warm...

"We felt fortunate to find an available room at 7 Pisos Casa Rural de Pueblo during la Fira de Tots Sants. Lars and his team were very hospitable as was their young cat, Tita, who was loving and playful with my daughter. We loved the charm of Lars' and his wife's 300 year-old renovated building. Their eye for simplicity and style made returning to our room and waking up a pleasure! Our stay ticked all of the boxes: It was on the festival pathway (any noise from passersby stopped by around 10pm), comfortable mattresses, white absorbent large bath towels, modern amenities and a marvelous heated floor in the bathroom. Our room, #2 was very spacious with a small balcony on the street side. We explored upwards and found a communal sun room as well as a rooftop patio that were the "icing on the cake". Our breakfast each morning was served on time and with great care and generosity and in the most beautiful dining/lounge area. Cocentaina is a charming town made more enjoyable by our stay at 7 Pisos Casa Rural de Pueblo. We will return! "
